    @ViCustomerCare Yes numbers are running now at this moment, but you need to ensure it's continuity and no further situation of ZERO Network happens in coming time which had troubled a lot's of problem to me in last three months. Please keep a close look at your network to prevent Zero network.

    Day by day the internet speed is getting worse in my area.I’ve been complaining for 2 years but no one is their to solve my issue. It’s very disgusting to open a page in browser also, which takes 2-3min time to open.Kindly solve my problem.Pin-760001 @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare why no official statement yet from #Vodafone company regarding #vodafonedown from the company. It's been down 5 hrs no resolution yet @trai and @DoT_India aware of this kind of CHEATING.

    @ViCustomerCare Guys this tweet for vodafone postpaid and prepaid customers espically delhi circle switch to airtel at earliest as the data network of vi is getting worst and worst everyday espically for prepaid customer they said 2 gb per day but u cannot use coz it not working

Only paper tigers.#vi please announce closure of your network.#TamilNadu totally neglected by you for providing service.#Vi I am getting only 2g , using airtel for 4g data

    @ViCustomerCare It is not understood if you are not able to contact me then how you expect me to contact you, if you do not provide me your contact number. This simply indicates that you are not interested to resolve the issue. You only want to confuse d mass. This is not acceptable.
