@ViCustomerCare It has been one week since I am unable to receive calls and still resolution from vi. I have now opted to port out of VI but the televerification process cannot be done due to unable to receive calls. #RAJ-V01021006382. I demand to approve my porting out request.

@ViCustomerCare I just recharged for ₹299 for my VI number, when I put it on my mobile it's not showing anything. There's no physical damage on sim. It shows it's in service. I'm very unsatisfied with customer service, they told me get a new sim in exchange for ₹50.

@ViCustomerCare Few days back I opted for Vi but found it as one of the worst service provider. Frequent call drops & Internet works like 2G No help whatsoever from anybody. Is this the service you provide to Vi users??

@ViCustomerCare But yesterday one of ur vi customer service they ask me to wait or it may take 10 days or more than 1 month to get resolved.
