@ViCustomerCare Really not happy with your services. My vi India no is not working in the USA since a week. Also did international roaming recharge but still shows No Service. Customer care is just giving empty promises of fixing it asap but no solution yet. Not sure who to talk

Horrible customer experience with Vodafone Idea. They do not listen to any complaint, they just call you after 4-5 days that your complaint has been resolved from our end but they do nothing. Not recommended to anyone. Worst product I have used so far @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I didn't receive any call that you might have tried and because of the poor network at my place the call did not connect. Other people are also telling me your number is not reachable at max time. I really feel regret porting my no Jio to Vi. Now time again go back to Jio
