@ViCustomerCare I am extremely frustrated. I recharged ₹365 for Unlimited Data on 19 July, and since then, internet is dead slow (under 100 KB/s). I’ve raised 3 complaints, and still, nothing has improved. This is not just poor service — it’s harassment. 🧵👇

Hello @ViCustomerCare , don't sell the database of our numbers to anyone for some bucks if you are doing so Even setting DND with you not working. It's so irritating. Introduce some other kind of step to report the spammers.

@ViCustomerCare there is a policy that a customer may ask for refund of late payment charges once in a quarter. I have availed that quite a few times before. This time service executive has denied. Can you please clarify if this policy has changed and when?
