  @DipshikhaGhosh @ViCustomerCare Lucky guy. You might have got resolution because they didn't get anything from problem. They get some commission from 53516 special number, and so they bill us on their behalf. And never refund because they are getting it from them. 53516 and VI employee or some hack loophole.
