    @ViCustomerCare can you please help with the sudden increase of my plan from 149 to 299. This has been done without my knowledge. I want the same plan to be continued. Spoke to customer care and they aren't helping. Do I need to move to another vendor after 10 yrs wid you?

    Idea Vodafone, don't take decision on customers behalf, change my plan back , your Corporate customer team is not able to ready simple emails in English and I always get same standard reply. Very Very disappointing.@ViCustomerCare
