SAM SOVERIGN (@SamSoverign) reported@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many agents will send the same “please DM us” message? This is not support, this is damage control. Disconnect the spam number and confirm it here. TRAI and DoT should also stop ignoring this.

Chandrakanta Zutshi (@Moon_Zutshi) reported@SkAsanur87 @ViCustomerCare That sounds really frustrating, especially when you’re abroad and need OTPs urgently. You could consider @reliancejio for IR, and it also supports Wi-Fi Calling, so in supported situations you can stay connected over Wi-Fi and receive OTPs without relying on local network. 👍

SAM SOVERIGN (@SamSoverign) reported@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many agents will send the same “please DM us” message? The problem is your numbers being used for marketing calls. Fix it publicly or admit you can’t control your own network.
