@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN dozens of complaints over network issues were raised by me no resolutions and they fooled me saying we are offering a new sim which will be delivered to my door step which will have better network.been 2 days no new sim and no update. Ridiculous.

@ViCustomerCare they made me cancel out the PORT request saying they will provide a sim which will have 101% better network but network services are still the same no internet ,have to keep using my Wi-Fi +91 84259 37050 got a call from this number from Vi for being with Vi

@ViCustomerCare hopeless service.. they call you and then you never hear back.. Done running behind for resolution.. @airtelindia is what I’m going to.

@ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 I am fed up with your fooling of customers and your Engineers are not technically sound enough. I am opting out from VI and decided to port my all numbers to a stable network. I am highly dissatisfied with the service/resolution provided by VI.

@ViCustomerCare @rishi_creates Vodafone promised the exact time in HH:MM:SS, when resolution would be provided. But the resolution did not come. Neverthless, I visited another Vi store and decided to sort it out myself.
