@ViCustomerCare they made me cancel out the PORT request saying they will provide a sim which will have 101% better network but network services are still the same no internet ,have to keep using my Wi-Fi +91 84259 37050 got a call from this number from Vi for being with Vi

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN dozens of complaints over network issues were raised by me no resolutions and they fooled me saying we are offering a new sim which will be delivered to my door step which will have better network.been 2 days no new sim and no update. Ridiculous.

@ViCustomerCare I am unable to make and receive call from others when my network is on 4g ,but I am able to make and receive call from others when my network is on 2g and3g network. Please , enable volte on my 4g network for better calling.

@ViCustomerCare Today i visited the vodafoneidea store indiranagar Bangalore 80 feet Road and i requested to convert my post paid and prepaid with your executive but she is doing something her personal work in system when i was talking with her then requested her to please complete my issue.

It's so irritating to use vodafone-idea sim card there network is fluctuating every nano sec when show E u can't access to net When show H this time also u can't access to net whn show 4G now u can use net and frequently show emergency call such pathetic network @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare What response you really need from me? Your network is down again from yesterday. I can barely brows using 4G network. And if there is network issue how my response is going to help resolve it.
