    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN dozens of complaints over network issues were raised by me no resolutions and they fooled me saying we are offering a new sim which will be delivered to my door step which will have better network.been 2 days no new sim and no update. Ridiculous.

    @ViCustomerCare they made me cancel out the PORT request saying they will provide a sim which will have 101% better network but network services are still the same no internet ,have to keep using my Wi-Fi +91 84259 37050 got a call from this number from Vi for being with Vi

    I had ported to @ViCustomerCare, three days back, I was getting incoming call only from few numbers. Others are telling, when they call to my number it is telling, this number is not in use. I had raised this complaint 2 tims, they msged me it is resolved, but it hasn't resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare AS I TWEETED U MANY TIMES regarding my new (i.e 6th connection of family) order DCHD20102159713, BUT U people (Vi team) Never gave me the proper Responce in a week days & bcz of You Vi TEAM, one of my number is just going to PORT OUT. note that u r loosing vip custmr80088262XX💔

    @ViCustomerCare BSDK people call your customer care center So say welcome to Ookla's Best Network. And your network is not of two penny..!! When brother-in-law can't give the right network, why don't they close their shop?

    My mobile internet is down since yesterday afternoon. I have raised my complaint twice with the customer care. Issue still not resolved. My work is getting hampered. I don't wish to have this experience. Why so much delay in entertaining ur customer complaints' @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India bought new VI sim everything was ok untill it was delivered, but now it shows KYC failed .Also I am trying to reach out customer care,Worst customer provider in India frustrated with their service @ViCustomerCare
