@ViCustomerCare they made me cancel out the PORT request saying they will provide a sim which will have 101% better network but network services are still the same no internet ,have to keep using my Wi-Fi +91 84259 37050 got a call from this number from Vi for being with Vi

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN dozens of complaints over network issues were raised by me no resolutions and they fooled me saying we are offering a new sim which will be delivered to my door step which will have better network.been 2 days no new sim and no update. Ridiculous.

@ViCustomerCare I have never felt so cheated by any other service Ii have ever taken than by yours. Almost every alternate month my postpaid connection which I dont even use gets some random VAS activated on its owns and I am constantly being charged extra.😡 #disgusted #annoyed

@ViCustomerCare After buying a vip premium postpaid number it's already a day and the sim is not activated. Visited the store still nothing happened. Customer care no response. Is this the service we get after purchasing number. Very bad service from VI.

@ViCustomerCare Never buy Vodafone. I was cheated by customer care. They asked me to purchase a yearly prepaid and will wipe my negative talk time balance. This did not happen. I had to pay another 1500 in the Vi office to restart my phone. In total they looted me for 3500 Rs.
