    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN dozens of complaints over network issues were raised by me no resolutions and they fooled me saying we are offering a new sim which will be delivered to my door step which will have better network.been 2 days no new sim and no update. Ridiculous.

    @ViCustomerCare Day6 , no resolution . None decided to call me back again after the first call received.. after 12 years of being a genuine customer .. all goes down the drain.. say hello Airtel now

    @ViCustomerCare hopeless service.. they call you and then you never hear back.. Done running behind for resolution.. @airtelindia is what I’m going to.

    @ViCustomerCare There is no point I belong to India which network has to b same to everyone I will complain n my network will b good n other bad what about the people who don't no how to complain most of network lose since people don't no hw to complain and (trai) which suppose help

    @ViCustomerCare they made me cancel out the PORT request saying they will provide a sim which will have 101% better network but network services are still the same no internet ,have to keep using my Wi-Fi +91 84259 37050 got a call from this number from Vi for being with Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I'm using a 5 Mobile have an Unlimited 5G recharge active and I'm in a 5G coverage area However I'm still unable to access Unlimited 5G and my usage is being deducted from my regular data quota. Please look into this issue and provide resolution

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Dear Vodafone, Please put some network towers on pilgrimage tracking route of Kedarnath. VI was almost invisible in most of Utrakhand. I had to purchase another operator’s sim during the Utrakhand trip because VI network was so bad over there.

    @ViCustomerCare I bought a new postpaid sim and your employee taken 500INR as security deposit from me and he told after SIM got activated it'll be reflected in your account. Seems that is not happened please help me on this.

    @ViCustomerCare what happen man, don't you wanna give service for the amount that I am paying? The internet is struggling for the past few days. Multiple complaints have been raised via VI app but of no use. I think jio is getting better reception in my locality

    Confused with @ViCustomerCare roaming service. I paid for an IR roaming pack but still got charged for calls, despite not having used it because the signal was so bad (I ended up getting a local sim). I asked for breakdown of calls but got some gyaan and spoke to bots. +

    @ViCustomerCare My vi sim automatically stopped working. No external damage, no warning. Vi store says that old sims stop working after a few years. Shouldn't there be a warning for the users? Especially in today's age when most of the accounts including banking depend on phones?
