Newton Gudinho (@GudinhoNewton) reported from Karwar, Karnataka@ViCustomerCare they made me cancel out the PORT request saying they will provide a sim which will have 101% better network but network services are still the same no internet ,have to keep using my Wi-Fi +91 84259 37050 got a call from this number from Vi for being with Vi

Ridiculous.

Anuj Patel (@luckypatel9889) reported1/ @ViCustomerCare Using this Vodafone/VI number for YEARS. My mother uses this SIM daily. Suddenly the SIM lost signal completely while she was travelling. Local mobile shops checked the phone & confirmed the SIM chip is faulty and needs reissue.
