    @ViCustomerCare they made me cancel out the PORT request saying they will provide a sim which will have 101% better network but network services are still the same no internet ,have to keep using my Wi-Fi +91 84259 37050 got a call from this number from Vi for being with Vi

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN dozens of complaints over network issues were raised by me no resolutions and they fooled me saying we are offering a new sim which will be delivered to my door step which will have better network.been 2 days no new sim and no update. Ridiculous.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi I have redex plan acitve Rs.1699 but unable to acitve #Netflix plan for free I visited nearest store but no any help to this issue and ask to already use this Netflix use plan Rs.999 but I added 2 more number and new plan Rs.1699 but unable to use #Netflix

    @ViCustomerCare I had the worst experience ever from VI store in Kochi. After 2 visits to the store to do something simple, the staff asked me to come back after 2 days again. Arrogant and compeltely unacceptable.

    @ViCustomerCare 3 complaint taken within this week after port out request, all are closed without any work/resolution, why @TRAI , @DoT_India not take any strict action against them not providing basic 2G coverage yet. #vodafoneidea
