Ridiculous.

My father has 2 sim and his Vi sim doesn't have outgoing call and when I contacted the vi support I was said that since I wasn't making any calls from them the outgoing call has been barred due to inactivity.

I have never seen any network doing this even after having plans in active who gave you the rights to disconnect my calling this is terrible. No wonder you are losing customer.

Kumar Mausum (@KumarMausum) reported@ViCustomerCare Why it is required to call me 5 times a day. Just send a person to deliver the SIM at my location. Is that solution not going through ??? Instead of calling me, your company can activate the SIM in the past 4 days . But you choosing to not to do that.
