    @ViCustomerCare Hi ! I was offered to have 2 GB/day data by VI app, but when I did the recharge by VI app, I got only 1.5 GB/day and I got validity of only 83 days. When I asked to customer care, they told me I got what I was offered but I can't see it neither in VI nor in dial.

    @ViCustomerCare The process of changing support agent has begun. I will have to go through series of different support agents who are going to tell me they have sent it to the "concerned team". And will resolve soon. I was told this will be resolved before the week ends

    @ViCustomerCare Are you too busy or just ignoring our problems. I Have facing slow network speed since last year , alredy complaint through emails,calls, but no satisfactory response provided. My issue is still not resolved My current data speed is - 20kbps. Will I port or wait.

    @ViCustomerCare it's been 12 hours with No Service. Enough is Enough it's better to finally switch over to other network as your network seems to be the worst in terms of connectivity
