    @ViCustomerCare Repeatedly being told location is showing in UP(EAST) circle. They can't help me till location changes to Thailand. Told half a dozen times to wait for 30 minutes, then call again. Extremely frustrating experience. If not resolved, will change service provider at first instant.

    @ViCustomerCare I visited Vi store. They charge ₹300 for same number new sim. I bought but still not showing signal.i get calls from your side but didn't get solution why?? They always call and asked sir your problem is solved or not? And after that nothing happened. Is my sim activated or not?

    @ViCustomerCare what a worst thing that you guys stop incoming SMS if the person delay to recharge monthly plan for a day or two? Please note down my number 8686996090...against TRAI Policy and just imagine if the sms service stops and the mobile linked to bank accounts..it seems

    Issue 3: Major Issue and a fraudulent activity from Airtel  Mother’s sim and Father’s sim Individual details is interchanged. Mother’s sim is now registered under Father’s name And Father’s sim is now registered under Mother’s name. @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare

    This 90days with @airtelindia is killing me. The following are the issues which I am facing after converting to postpaid and Airtel is pathetic I wish I was on Vodafone. @ViCustomerCare was the beat. Just wait for main issue 3.
