    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi i was happy to port in your network but after completion you slow my net speed i don't believe my current speed is upto 50kb/s i was contacted to customer service but no resolution and the main thing is i am not able to port out for 90 days. no solution

    @ViCustomerCare ur 4G speed is a Joke in Akola, Maharashtra.. It shows full network on my phone and yet the 4G speed won't go above 150 KBPS... Do something about it

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, again 70 rs has been deducted even when I didn’t receive the call. And the strange part is that VI app is showing that call is received from my own number which is practically not possible. Please initiate refund and fix your system ASAP. Will share the screenshot in DM

    Am I a joke to you @ViCustomerCare ? In later part of 2021 - When the world is being ready for 5G & I'm using 2G in my locality ! (Hardly I'm using 3G - forgot about 4G) .Can't use 4G as phone is overheating or not getting the signal . You have fake VoLTE - no internet on call )
