    @VodafoneIN Update 1 : So, i received a call from the social media team that the complaint i have registered already is being taken care by the networking team and will be solved. I'll be updating the status here. Let's see how it goes.

    @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

    Very poor experience with @ViCustomerCare Despite sharing all required details including alternate number , my suspended number is still not restored. Facing major issues due to this delay. Need immediate action and proper support.

    @ViCustomerCare internet signal almost nil. Please advise any bribery option for good internet as I suffer for long year. Otherwise send quantum of internet via post card by post office. I will pay post card price by money order. No need to reply back, need action not words.

    @ViCustomerCare Ordered a new Vi SIM on May 9th via the app, but still no delivery. Executives only call to delay it further. Poor experience as a new customer. Please resolve this ASAP!

    Shame @ViCustomerCare ! Your Vi stores are not leaving poor people in scamming. Vodafone converted prepaid to postpaid and the poor lady is struggling to pay a postpaid bill. Her monthly income is just ₹3k & these guys scammed her!

    @ViCustomerCare The network keeps fluctuating constantly and it’s affecting my daily work badly. Sometimes pages don’t load at all, videos buffer endlessly, and apps behave as if there is no internet despite having full signal bars.
