I have a data plan with will expire today but he is keep on saying please recharge first. Since 3 days I facing the same problem. Now I made my plan.

    @ViCustomerCare simply unable to pay outstanding bill for an inactive number. The online payment at your website is just not working, IVR says "there is no record for that number". Plz look into it.

    The @ViCustomerCare team should look into our Position. We will pay 25% higher but Please Improve at Least the calling and Data. What is this. Your Plans are not Properly Managed, your service is not Good even the Customer Care is like a Mindless poor Team.
