it is my biggest mistake to port into VI,after selecting punjabi language on IVR,none of executives was able to speak punjabi thrice.I didnt join VI my mother tongue can be disrespected. @ViCustomerCare none of thm abled to solve my issue.

Wow !!! What a upgradation by @ViCustomerCare befor complaining my data speed not going above 100kbps and now it's always under 60kbps, and after complaining they not call receive or neither call back what a service by @ViCustomerCare 👏

@VodafoneIN @idea_cares Pathetic, disgusting customer care services by Vodafone. I have been following up since 10 April'21 on an issue related to network not detected abroad. There has been more than 10 mail exchanges, each time coming up with same response but no solution.

@ViCustomerCare So here im with my conclusion...Im not going to use Vi anymore...Thanks for your unbearable service...Worst network..As best to say as a scam, promising customers for binge all night and cutting off the network exactly at 12AM👌🏻
