  Can u guys at @ViCustomerCare really understand the root cause of this problem? It's as simple as replacement of power backup source like batter bank n generator at the server site. If backup source is changed to new...I m damn sure this problem would be eradicated.

  @ViCustomerCare If Vodafone network gets any poorer than it is already I am sure I will have to switch to using pigeons for communication.. What I am trying to say is you network is really bad. Also stop saying issues are resolved without doing anything!

  @ViCustomerCare My father lost his vodafone number,when we went to get the replacement sim my father date of birth is not matching between adhaar card and date of birth linked to phone number. can you give a solution? My father want the same vodafone number

  @ViCustomerCare one of the worst customer care services. Visited the Vi store for seam replacement. Gave all the proof and store said all done and ready. Now getting message that aim replacement can not be processed. No wonder why you guys are on verge of extinction from India.
