    @ViCustomerCare sir I recharged today number 7506866380 of 418 rs considering data + call however it was only for data. I tried reaching your customer care twice but they didn't helped me. Request your help for converting it into call service

    @ViCustomerCare At the time of Phone Call, Internet Services are turned off and after complaining you earlier your customer executive enabled VOLTE services and then Internet connection is not cutting off but it becoms slower like its 2G.

    @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio @JioCare is unable to solve my issue. Now, your issue raise when make to call on other #VI number, "beep..beep...beep..beep" for infinity time and than after, call cuts. My 4 family member, who are VI user, facing the same issue in whole #Gujarat
