    Hi, i have raised requested to upgrade my Sim 3G to 4G at your VI store mogappair on 11.01.23, 2 PM and paid INR 100. At that time they confirmed me new sim will activate within 3 hours. Next day my old sim deactivated but till new sim not yet activated. Pls help @ViCustomerCare

    Vodafone Idea in Siliguri is so Poor that it couldn't afford a proper power backup to supply its service in this area when there is power cut for more than 4 hours. This problem is been faced by all the Vi customers since a long time. @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare @pib_comm
