    @VodafoneIN Such assurances have been given since long. How come, all my service requests getting closed citing 'customer not contactable' despite clear instructions that my SR should not get closed w/o confirmation this time. I need resolution not ticket closure, this is how you meet SLAs.

    @VodafoneIN Hi Team, again same issue.. last time I requested to your team ..stop international roaming that was enable without my acknowledgment. Recently I visited Melbourne and phone was working and in month of march bill you added extra amount. Please check and do the needful

    @ViCustomerCare I had opted to port my Airtel number to vodafone on 14th March 2021. Last night my Airtel sim got disconnected and my Vodafone sim is also not active till now. This is a very bad experience for me. I have no other connections active. I m facing difficulty. Help
