  @VodafoneIN Such assurances have been given since long. How come, all my service requests getting closed citing 'customer not contactable' despite clear instructions that my SR should not get closed w/o confirmation this time. I need resolution not ticket closure, this is how you meet SLAs.

  Dear @Vodafone_Group @ViCustomerCare @TRAI when I taken postpaid plan my internet working smoothly and when I convert my number from postpaid to prepaid, situation is change. I download 65MB file from last 4hours but still 23MB file is downloaded. Sir, I pay for better service.

  @ViCustomerCare Happy to inform vi that my data speed problem is resolved now. Getting good speed in my area now but point to be notes that sometimes network flactuate 4g to 3g and sometimes 2g even need to work on that issue. Apar from this good going vi.
