    @VodafoneIN from past last week this is second time that suddenly 4g network gets converted in to E and we cannot use internet in karjat-Raigad- Maharashtra. What about our 4g packs for which we have already paid in advance for 3 mnths & if this continues who is responsible .

    Suggest @airtelindia @VodafoneIN @Idea, to come together to form MahaNetwork & give Maharastra a Stable connectivity, @BSNLCorporate should give support from outside to this MahaNetwork, to further strengthen it. Atleast citizen can get rid of cracking voice & call drops @TRAI

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, how about connecting my call directly instead of telling me about new plans on every call I make, while I already have an active Pack? Corona tune is not enough that you have to add to the problem? Besides if I have to recharge, I can find the pack myself.

    Why don't you remove all recharge plans and give us single plan like a landline. In previous days we keep landline and we pay same amount for that on monthly basis. No changes and no problem with that. @ViCustomerCare
