    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone No reply from Vodafone idea from 6 days. SIM is not working, no network. They don't even give me a solution of a new sim. What is this? If you don't have a solution, just stop your service completely.

    @ViCustomerCare have a postpaid sim and has no network at all since 2 days. I've been visiting the vi store since 2 days but they couldn't find any solution. In the end they mailed IT department of Vodafone and since haven't heard back from them.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare. Why dont you close your 3G and 2G spectrum and rely only on the 4G because we don't get speeds in 3G and 2G and everytime I get irritated by you network spectrum change from 4G to 3G. Work on it or else I will have to opt for airtel.
