    @ViCustomerCare time to switch @JioCare very expansive plans VI already your company losing Customers becuz of network coverage and speed, ping issues in vi so obviously Jio is far better then VI now @JioCare Did I import online ?

    @ViCustomerCare Team leave 5g trails, Vodafone ping service is the worst there is no reliability when it comes to packets. So first take care of that

    Network and the plan Vi provides is totally trash, Now you have to recharge minimum with ₹179 for Sending a Text message. Their service was already Bad now their New Ideology with new plans is bad too. Atleast Add 10SMS with ₹99 plan. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw

    Why you guys are robbing your customers @ViCustomerCare . I just wanted a UPC code and I have sufficient balance. Your cust support saying I have to recharge for Rs.179 just to send 1 SMS. How is it justified to recharge for Rs. 179 just for a SMS. Kindly provide me UPC no.

    @ViCustomerCare Please improve your customer care service. First you target your post paid connection by activating VAS services and then even after raising concerns, you don't do anything on it. Please tell me should I port your number or will you do something immediately?
