    @ViCustomerCare robbers and frauds, still have not resolved my issue, ignoring my tweets with automated messages. Worse service, disgusting behaviour. 6 different vi service personnel have called me Asking me what is the issue, none know why have they called me.

    @ViCustomerCare why is so much downfall in the network signals. Facing too much call drops. Signals getting lost much frequently. This is so disgusting what the company is providing the customers in terms of service. Wish I could have switched to other operator earlier.

    @ViCustomerCare now 7 vi service staff has called me, all not knowing why did they call me. The last called called me only to cut the call when I told him the issue. @TRAI . I want to port to @airtelindia Vodafone fraudulent IR data usage charges on data being switched off.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you Firoz for the payment reminder. I raised this issue in Feb and my services are blocked because of your system issues and incompetence to solve technical issues. I can receive no calls or messages. And you have the audacity to demand payment now before you do a fix?
