@ViCustomerCare Even after umpteen complaints my issue hasn’t been fixed. Not getting net services since last two months. Every time their customer care guys read out a monotonous script. Would never recommend @VodafoneGroup to anyone. Worst services.

@ViCustomerCare Thanks but it's a little late for that. Needed the help when i was still a customer. I switched to another provider. Interestingly only after i switched i immediately started getting non stop calls from Vi. I'm talking twenty calls a day. Very sad. After 16 years with Vodafone.

There's absolutely no response further from #vicustomercare as they said lot of things regarding their network team would visit my place but the network team is such a bogus one that once they called but never came. Vi the worst and poorest cellular service in India

@ViCustomerCare Lost corporate SIM. Got new one 20 days back from nearby VI store. SIM not activated till date.Your store people are absolutely useless in helping a simple SIM activation.Multiple level of emails sent for activation. My final attempt here to seek help.
