    @ViCustomerCare Wrote you my whole query for last time, if you don't want to get it resolved. I'm gonna do MNP to JIO as they are atleast giving constant and good speed. You are giving **** in the name of TRUE UNLIMITED.

    So, I used aeroplane mode button more than 150 times today to get 4G connectivity from 2G/3G, every 10 to 15 minutes my 4G connection change to 2G/3G. Registered so many complaints but @ViCustomerCare not doing anything related real issue. Really frustrated by this behaviour

    @ViCustomerCare recharged twice with data plans for 29 and 39 consequently, but still data pack not updated. Having internet issues and it doesnt show updated in Vi app. Please look into it quickly

    @ViCustomerCare I had ordered a new sim. After using it for less than 2 weeks it stopped working. I have checked the sim by inserting it in other phone but it’s not working. If a new connection can be delivered than why can’t new sim be delivered free of cost to my home
