    @ViCustomerCare Extremely poor service by Vodafone Idea (Vi). 3 din se internet band hai, DM me details dene ke baad bhi koi reply nahi. This is unacceptable. Fix this ASAP or I will port out.

    The worst network of india is VI(Vodafone).We are living in 2026 and the network services are like 2014.Please tell me how are u still surviving in india. By the way im switching my network to @reliancejio but u can improve your network at pin342301 raj. @ViCustomerCare @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare How many times do I need to complain? No signal, no internet for days now in alephata. This is pathetic service. I am seriously considering switching to another provider if this is not fixed ASAP@TRAI

    This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I’ve been using my mobile number since 2019. It was originally @reliancejio, then I ported to @airtelindia, and later to @ViCustomerCare. Recently, my number got deactivated due to re-verification issues. Here’s what happened 👇

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Additionally, if this problem is not solved within 24 hours, I am stopping my connection forever. Make your decision if you want to lose a customer of 12 years because of your greed. @AdityaBirlaGrp didn't expect this from you. Disappointed that you are allowing these crooks.

    @ViCustomerCare I am from Chechar, Patna (Bihar). There is no 5G network in my area, while Jio and Airtel are already providing 5G services. I have a 5G phone but cannot use it due to no 5G coverage. Please install a 5G tower or improve network as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare The worst network provider in india. I recently ported to vi which is just waste of money. Multiple tickets raised, visited vi office for 1 month but unfortunately zero results. Terrible service by vi
