    @ViCustomerCare I have been trying to reach a Custom Care exec. Impossible to. Need an urgent problem fixed. Have been getting a prerecorded voice message saying I have an outstanding bill amount, even though there isn't any. Please help! Very disappointed with you guys!

    @ViCustomerCare Dear CC ,when I am doing call that time data is totally not working, as I m using post paid connection. Meanwhile other operator Sim cards working fine at same handset and same locations..and this is problem at my home only rather then entire Kolkata.if u can resolve ,it's good.
