Why vi authority make us fool by this type of fraud message? Clearly shown in app that 399 packs 3GB per day but after recharging saw that 1.5 GB credit.Too much poor service. I strongly condemned. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I visited your Vi store in Laxmi Nagar East for postpaid to prepaid conversion thereafter I got a call from Customer care to continue Postpaid Number with less rental@199+GST however Now my plan has been changed to rental@ 299+GST instead of 199+ GST. 9999533936

@ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI i have raised many complaints but you are least bothered,your network coverage is all time worst,I haVe reported sane to TRAI, you are giving worst service and charging full rental. Pls don’t ask to share my concern on DM bcos i have already done that
