    @ViCustomerCare I have been trying to switch my connection from post to prepaid since days now. After calling & sending multiple messages, no one has called back yet. Kindly look into this urgently or the only solution left for me is to port out.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst experience with Vodafone network. I'm not able to use my internet... I have issues even on calls, no sound on the call properly... Network is very poor... I can't even search on google...

    @ViCustomerCare My call to 1800-202-9898 (Flipkart customer support) is not getting thru. It says " Your Vodafone Prepaid Card is Not activated" What is this ? Can you resolve this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare I have selected caller tune from VI app last month, thry also charged me for that but still corona tune still playing instead of my caller tune.....I have complaint several times but solution....they giving me msg that your complaint is resolved, but actually not
