    @ViCustomerCare yesterday at 2:42 pm my friend Rupam sarma(Assam, Nalbari Dist.) calling to customer care service for his some network issues. But the boy who pick up the call using slang words and misbehaving him. He told his name Amulya chutiya.Please look through this matter

    @rsprasad @ViCustomerCare This is to inform the so called customer service at VI to pls teach sm manners and etiquette to ur SO CALLED executives at VI STORE LP SAVANI ROAD,SURAT GUJARAT.gvng wrong info to customers and being arrogant wont help u.

    @ViCustomerCare i didn't get any assistance from ur side even after sending my numbers. Also plz stop claiming and sending me messages that i m on the fastest 4g network in my area. I dont get speed more then 1mbps.

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor customer care service. Last month I got a call from the VI executive regarding some family plan @899 for 4 members. Previously I was using 1 VI Prepaid 1 Jio Prepaid and the other 2 numbers were already VI postpaid.

    @ViCustomerCare you can not say yourself that India’s fastest 4G,last 5 days I didn’t get network,no internet but every month I am getting a bill around more then 5000 I don’t know how and why. I am very disappointed.

    @TRAI after weeks of complaining My speed still remains 100 KBps at max mostly on @ViCustomerCare .. Despite getting full network nd Living in less busy area... May i know what legal actions can be taken ?
