    @ViCustomerCare Your internet services are getting worst day by day. Even I can not expect the speed in kbps. Apart from this I am receiving the bill of my old number which has already been deactivated bcz I didnt get any resolution on that. I will discontinue this number also.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't know how can you mark complaint resolved without asking the complainant ? How can "Site is working fine " be considered as resolution if I am getting poor and unstable internet at my home ?

    @ViCustomerCare , Dear team, I stay in Pune wakad. Which is considered one of the most busy place. I stay in Kalpaturu splendor society. From my flat, there is zero network... After frequent complaints, i am tired now....please improve network connectivity...

    @ViCustomerCare as per our discussion with VI customer care and he told me that 200 GB data will be credited to my account but data is still not credited, please let me know what I need to do next? I have already logged complain but don’t get any updates!!

    This is wht hopens when you use @ViCustomerCare , i have been charged for netflix 799 in feb and customer care agent told me that it will be refunded when bill would be adjusted,now when i called they denied that it cant be done, agent name is jyoti, i want my money
