What’s the use of getting seamless messages from @VodafoneIN welcoming you to 4G in Odisha, when I have never seen beyond 3G or E. Even in Mumbai I need to switch off 4G at my home, as there is some issue of Vodafone with iPhone....2/2

@ViCustomerCare Wht kind of stupidity is this? Despite having sufficient MainBalance for a SMS, my sms services has been disabled because I haven't recharged with a particular plan. Want 2 increase ARPU? Increase ur recharge amount instead of bringing in such stupid restrictions

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN @rmstakkar I live in South Delhi n it has been months since I experienced a proper network. So much, I can't even get thru' to 198 to register complaint for almost zero connectivity. Business suffering. Pl take action before I port 4 connections.

Part 1/3 Recently ported from @ViCustomerCare to @Airtel_Presence. Extremely bad experience. Never thought anything can beat VI bad services in my area but Airtel is on another level! I wish I can port from airtel to @JioCare asap but hv to wait for 2 more months😢!
