What’s the use of getting seamless messages from @VodafoneIN welcoming you to 4G in Odisha, when I have never seen beyond 3G or E. Even in Mumbai I need to switch off 4G at my home, as there is some issue of Vodafone with iPhone....2/2

Fraud is what Vodafone Idea (VI) should be named. 1. Changed the number from Prepaid to Postpaid without my consent. 2. Blackmails me to pay the bill. 3. Been a member of Vodafone and now Vodafone Idea for more than 10 years yet doesn't value the customer. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare worst service no network last 2 hrs , executive replied it will take 10 to 12 hr more for services to resume(nos. shifting to voda)....why??? Pathetic people managing idea ...why this activity not done at night....same reason why people moving to other network....
