What’s the use of getting seamless messages from @VodafoneIN welcoming you to 4G in Odisha, when I have never seen beyond 3G or E. Even in Mumbai I need to switch off 4G at my home, as there is some issue of Vodafone with iPhone....2/2

@ViCustomerCare Contact your outlet, address provided. Check why recharge amount not credited till now? Open outlet only to cheat customer money. No value of your promise. 72 hrs passed till now number not active, although I have recharged.

@BSNLCorporate and @ViCustomerCare are government supported enterprises. Both have no business plans. VI doesn't sell prepaid sims. BSNL self-care app doesn't work. Recharging on other app. It requires id. Government should look into this issue @DoT_India

It's been so long and still complete Bengaluru is not covered by VI 5G, north Bengaluru is missing 5G till now. @ViCustomerCare , never seen more slow and pathetic service from anyone, time to leave VI for better.
