What’s the use of getting seamless messages from @VodafoneIN welcoming you to 4G in Odisha, when I have never seen beyond 3G or E. Even in Mumbai I need to switch off 4G at my home, as there is some issue of Vodafone with iPhone....2/2

@DoT_India I am not able to make any outgoing calls from my vodafone number or the calls are not getting connected after 1-2 min without any calling or beep sound , even after having valid recharge pack since last 2-3 months. @ViCustomerCare is closing tickets without resolution.

@ViCustomerCare - Hello Team, I placed an order for Doorstep sim delivery, yesterday(September 22, 2022) @ 6:45pm & so far the sim tracker app shows appointment scheduled but nobody has turned up to deliver my sim card. Also the customer care number provided is not responsive!

@ViCustomerCare How many times do you want to resolve issues . Every time call breaking during talking , every time 4G trends to ! Mark .. then switched into E ... Then 5-10 minutes no internet .who said you're the leading 4G provider in India ? It's absolutely wrong 😠
