What’s the use of getting seamless messages from @VodafoneIN welcoming you to 4G in Odisha, when I have never seen beyond 3G or E. Even in Mumbai I need to switch off 4G at my home, as there is some issue of Vodafone with iPhone....2/2

@ViCustomerCare No this is out of ur capacity. Most of my friends also throw ur sim. I hv some important use 1 month then I will switch to other provider. I have complaints many time but it was never rectified for 1 yr or more.

@ViCustomerCare Bought a new sim yesterday, was told on IVR about activation in 15 minutes. Still no updates after 15 hours and IVR goes on about your offers instead of any useful info. Plus your customer care numbers hang up after greeting.
