What’s the use of getting seamless messages from @VodafoneIN welcoming you to 4G in Odisha, when I have never seen beyond 3G or E. Even in Mumbai I need to switch off 4G at my home, as there is some issue of Vodafone with iPhone....2/2

They're notorious for this It was after I raised the matter with their appellate authority that it got resolved, but yes, it took time to get resolved Voda even notified my new provider & I started getting msgs that service will be stopped

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Sir, Earlier my mom and now am facing same issue. Payment vanishes in thin air as Bank claims Vi got money & Vi says we haven't recieved money. Meanwhile it's ppl like us who are traumatised as our numbers are linked everywhere and changing is a task.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Airtel was worse wrt billing (Panzgam, '11). Kept sending bills despite discnxn. Swore to never revert. Voda-Idea seemed better, but their internet service in my last station (Dalhousie) was a joke. Your tweet has got more traction than most of my unit porting out, though.
