    What’s the use of getting seamless messages from @VodafoneIN welcoming you to 4G in Odisha, when I have never seen beyond 3G or E. Even in Mumbai I need to switch off 4G at my home, as there is some issue of Vodafone with iPhone....2/2

    @ViCustomerCare as I can see Vodafone Idea customer care doesn't care about customer. I have been stuck here because of whole year recharge otherwise I would have been port to @Airtel_Presence . I'm just waiting to finish this recharge the. I will definitely shift to airtel.

    @VodafoneIdeaIN Pathetic state of affairs, you haven't been able to sort out my connection issue for last 6 mths despite umpteenth follow ups and you are raising the bills every month. On top of it you have the gall to send me a payment demand notice, disgusting @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic customer service for past three years I have two idea postpaid numbers now I have been transfered to a small town in mp itarsi. And since then I don't get network and so called self claimed fastest giganet doesn't work at all while I'm in my home.

    @ViCustomerCare @DisneyplusHSVIP We are foolish to stay with this network. Call drops, bad or no 4g, network issues. What the hell am i paying for. Ive been using vodafone for years now im done and shifting my network. And no they wont get better only worse

    @ViCustomerCare I have 3 family numbers. They said it's great deal now I see the charges r very vague some international sms charges which I have never done. Shocking I asked them to convert to prepaid they say it will take 48 hours. Anyways have no choice or else port to jio

    @ViCustomerCare I have visited Rohini Sector 10 I was treated very badly at Company Store, I raised concern regarding my outgoing sms issue instead of resolution they gave illogical reason that wrong pack chosen, I asked for AM contact not provided.Mgr did not came out.Misbehave

    @ViCustomerCare For a single port request there are more than 50 calls highly irritating..will never recommend anyone to get into vi. Vodafone always had this image bt now idea image also tarnished
