    What’s the use of getting seamless messages from @VodafoneIN welcoming you to 4G in Odisha, when I have never seen beyond 3G or E. Even in Mumbai I need to switch off 4G at my home, as there is some issue of Vodafone with iPhone....2/2

    Hi @ViCustomerCare there is absolutely zero Vi network inside Fortis hospital Mulund Mumbai today. Kindly rectify ASAP. So many doctors have this network and can't go without network flr so many hours

    @ViCustomerCare Your tower at Sansoli - 389320, Gujarat frequently stops working whenever there is an electricity outage. As soon as the power goes off, the mobile network and internet also stop working, causing major inconvenience. Please ensure proper power backup (battery/DG)

    @ViCustomerCare You mentioned in DM that you do not have provision to ask Income Tax Deptt. to extend the due date. Fair Enough. But surely you do have the provision to ensure proper internet service in my area. At the very least please get the internet connectivity in my area fixed asap.

    Ordered a new SIM using mobile no. 8249898748 on July 26, but I've received no tracking or delivery updates. Multiple customer support calls have only resulted in conflicting information. Requesting an urgent status update and prompt resolution. @ViCustomerCare

    Hello Vodafone Idea, I ordered a SIM online on July 26, 2026, but it has not been delivered to me yet. Even when I speak to your customer care, they are unable to provide a satisfactory answer. @ViCustomerCare
