    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing issues with porting message. Your agents are putting complaints and at their own convenience they are sending a message the issue has been resolved. There is absolutely no resolution. If this is not resolved I will approach the consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare Still m facing the same outgoing call barred issue on my Vi number.Its almost 12 days, whenever i spoke to any executive whether he's/ She's from your call center or your social media handling executive. They said the same answer that my issue will be resolved within 24/48/72 Hr

    @ViCustomerCare Hello team, Now almost after 5 days my new sim order a call from your delivery team they said to me that we are unable to deliver your sim please cancel your order . What kind of service if your team unable to deliver why you take order online for my address . Hard to survive .

    @ViCustomerCare is Swift and they readily listen and resolve customer problem, Somewhat same can be said about @reliancejio But @airtelindia is just charging highest and want additional top-up for sending porting SMS (PORT<space>ur 10 digit mobile number) to 1900.

    Your toll free number is not doing anything, till when my number be operating what if i have to receive an OTP? Such pathetic service at the very beginning of the connection. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
