@ViCustomerCare What the hell is wrong with #Vi? Bad call network, bad customer service, bad data service (naming it Giganet doesn't make it superior). Your support team botched up the address of visit. Every person calls, I have to explain everything again n again. Such a 3rd world experience!

@consumerforum_ I was using @ViCustomerCare no 8884333713 in 2017-19. In 2019 I called customer care and put request to deactivate my sim card. We agreed to deduct my bill from my deposit. Even after that Vodafone is sending me legal notice to pay balance due. Kindly intervene.
