Day-2 Still not resolved. I have called customer care executive twice, visited @ViCustomerCare office once and put my concern on twitter thrice. It seems there is no dedication towards customer concern. Please turn on my SIM so that i can switch to @Airtel_Presence .

@ViCustomerCare (Day-1) My sim is not working i have called your executives but it seems like they are not motivated to resolve my issue. I have recharged the number and my data is going unused. I'll be happy to switch to @Airtel_Presence if you don't resolve it in 2 days.
