It is because of Vodafone's callousness towards handling customer pain-points that I had decided about 2 years before to port my numbers from Vodafone. And, even after getting ported, Vodafone's customer harrasment stories continued.

It was working a week before and suddenly it stopped working VOLTE and only LTE is shown on signal bar @ViCustomerCare please solve this issue fed up by calling customer care everyday

@ViCustomerCare @RossLeno In future we don't hire your services as service provider VI is the lowest rate. We don't give reference to anyone who hired a VI postpaid connection .Surat Area Sales manager and other Sales staff they all are bed service providers as my rating for sales and services is ZIRO(0)
