    @ViCustomerCare wtf is this? You guy's also stop incoming SMS? When the plan expires? I never faced this with JIO @TRAI is this even allowed? Is this not fraud, I understand calls but SMS? 😳

    @ViCustomerCare Why don’t you fix your customer care first?? You have said I’ve used 50% of 300 gb international roaming in one day! And all I’ve done is answer emails and WhatsApp’s.

    @Airtel_Presence i have gotten real & multiple first hand reviews of your shrewd business tactics & have faced bad customer support myself in the past, my sim initially was airtel itself & had to port out now, i have chosen @ViCustomerCare I am hopeful I'll have a better experience

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, Prayagraj me 5G claim hai, but mere area me signal nahi aa raha. Recharge 698 se 739 ho gaya for 56 days, par network same hai. Internet speed max 4 MBps. Please timeline bataye ya 4G improve kare, warna users port karenge. #Vi #5G #Prayagraj

    @ViCustomerCare VI is the worst. When the recharge expires, incoming calls get blocked within 2–3 days. Right now, I need to receive an important OTP, but I’m not getting it. Please help me activate the service for today it’s an urgent situation...
