    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service of Vodafone, raised complaint no one called till the booking due date and idiotic reasoning given by the customer care executive.. unnecessarily charged ₹500+GST towards internet services which was never used. Had terrible speed of 10kbs.

    @ViCustomerCare You can get in touch with me. But the issue is not yet resolved. At the store I was told on 15 Mar that I will lose network on the old SIM within 2-3 days and can then use the new SIM. That has still not happened. What is the hold-up? Why wasn't this cleared at the store itself?
