Absolutely incompetent service by @ViCustomerCare. A number which has not been activated has been billed and SA at Salt Lake Kolkata tells me a request was put in for my number in April which has NOT been done by me! Because of this my present no. stands disconnected!!

@ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Serious issue of fraud with my Vodafone international roaming data service. Bill dispute issue raised. Issue open without any resolution. Issue number 4-133239901907. 30emails, 3SMS, 20+calls to your service center. Worst service.Pathetic.
