@ViCustomerCare I am waiting for resolution, it’s enough now. Listen i will not pay my bill until i get 4G internet with actual 4G speed, and i will go to responsible authority for further action. I am your loyal customer even after not enjoying 4G in indoor. Mark my words i will not tolerate.

Instead of employing underhand tactics by misguiding , @ViCustomerCare should invest in better networking and data. I m porting out because of call drops & poor bandwidth. After clearing dues, a fraudulent caller convinced me to Cancel, lying that it would further my port out

@ViCustomerCare Why can't you just say it here how to port to a different network without paying a huge amount of 129/-. Why am I being forced to pay this huge amount for your horrible service. I just need to send 1 SMS to PORT my number, that's all I need.

@ViCustomerCare why my internet speed is super slow and the latency is super high even when I complained about it 11 times, yes that's 11 times still the issue is not solved. And the network gets stuck at 2g. Plz do something don't just register the complaints.thankyou
