    @VodafoneIN please teach your employees to how to deal with customer. they dont even know how to talk with their customer. they hang my call twice when i told them to transfer my call to main head executive. @VodafoneIN is such careless company. shame on you @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare @PhonePe_ Additionally, I tried contacting customer support by calling 199, but there is no clear option to speak with a customer care executive. The IVR only plays automated messages and provides no straightforward way to reach a representative and discuss the issue.

Tell me via India?

    @vicustomercare horrendous service. cannot even get to your customer care agents to lodge a complaint. the ai agent just keeps repeating the same thing. no internet or cellular service since 12 hours now!!!

    This is pathetic @ViCustomerCare — no calls, no internet, no 4G all day in metro tier one city. Your app’s broken too so we can’t complain. Ten neighbours affected. How are we supposed to work? Sort it out ASAP. #ServiceDown
