    @VodafoneIN Now a days Vodafone provide superb poor service what kind of reason do doesn't know but they fool indian poor pepole so plz port out all of indian... and we raise compliments but not resolve ..

    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare — In Saudi Arabia with active IR + ₹2997 (365-day) recharge, yet NO SIGNAL. Backend IR “activated” but SIM won’t connect to STC/Mobily/Zain. Device OK (Tecno Pova 5G works with local SIM). Fix immediately or I escalate to CONSUMER COURT #VI #RoamingIssue #TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I am from Chechar, Patna (Bihar). There is no 5G network in my area, while Jio and Airtel are already providing 5G services. I have a 5G phone but cannot use it due to no 5G coverage. Please install a 5G tower or improve network as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare always very delay service notwithstanding to commitment given. I can’t port now as I have only 2 days including today to expiry of validity. Porting takes 4 days to get active how can I manage 2 days without phone service.

    @ViCustomerCare very big problem sim card user if any customer didn't able to pay his bills because of the funds problem.they will stop giving service,.ok .after the payment clear then. U are my premium customer pay 11080/- to get again the same no. reopen. They think cust. fool.

    @ViCustomerCare My concern does not need a personalized solution. It needs a generic solution from your end. You need to make changes to your recharge policies so that all VI consumers like myself get benefitted.

    The worst network of india is VI(Vodafone).We are living in 2026 and the network services are like 2014.Please tell me how are u still surviving in india. By the way im switching my network to @reliancejio but u can improve your network at pin342301 raj. @ViCustomerCare @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare “You already know what I’ve raised. I’m sure many Vi customers are facing the same issue. For a ₹600 bill, the constant pre-due-date calls are excessive and unnecessar this isn’t a loan recovery. Please stop these calls immediately.”
