You must be Vodafone customer, number should be registered with your name, ID. This is main rules. They will check the state also.

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no right to cheat customers and deny basic human rights. VI is not returning the money which I had paid for getting a service which was not given to me. My crusade for justice will continue forever. Don't think that I will remain silent.
