    @ViCustomerCare @AsrRajeshsharma 72 hours wait is the common slogan used on every call no resolution no senior professional Manager on the back end no call back arranged no complaint number mentioned in fact this is considered as customers harassment and poorserviceprofessionally

    @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare You should also allow to queue recharge before recharge due date like Jio. This will allow customer retention and for us service continuity otherwise we mightforgettorecharge.
