    @ViCustomerCare Your network is too bad at Nagercoil. VI sim signal got cutoff. It's time to switch to another network if you don't take any action.

    NEVER BUY A VI SIM ONLINE, very bad experience. 😡 I purchased the vi sim only so that I could get the choice number but the delivery did not arrive on time and the number I had selected was booked. And after facing many issues, now i unable to use internet. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare So, this is the resolution they gave, go to a near by Vi store(i.e. 78km away) and get my sim checked, buy a new sim because it's old(bought in 2018) that could be a fault. Do not expect refund. Thank you so much Vi for helping me.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare @AshwiniVaishnaw I am inundated with spam calls from donation seekers and loan providers even after having a fully active DND on my Vi phone number. Please help! I am receiving spam 10-20 calls per day. This is becoming a massive nuisance.

    @ViCustomerCare dear Vi ,I am facing poor internet speed issue in indoor ,dear Vi give 1800Mhz ,2500Mhz bands frequency in indoor and outdoor in my location with Good signal strength,and shut your 3G network area ,and increase the capacity of backwhole ,I hope my request in your priority

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, From 2020 I have an issue with my VI No where I can do only outgoing calls and there is no incoming calls and messages and if I call your customer care executive they will tell that in system it’s says active but in reality it’s not working.

    @ViCustomerCare Our Stories… please provide 4g indoor coverage or vowifi. Please give update on 5g for Tamilnadu. Please give some inputs to your customer care. Because whatever we ask #vi they say they don’t know.

    Such an horrible customer service from vi Lost a sim on 22/07/2022 Still yet it is not replaced Informed to store people on this regard and explained the importance of the number. Still it is not available for me. @ViCustomerCare
