    @ViCustomerCare Your network is too bad at Nagercoil. VI sim signal got cutoff. It's time to switch to another network if you don't take any action.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi SIM is completely out of service and unable to receive calls. The SIM shows no network even when inserted in another handset. Kindly contact me via DM/email or provide an alternate way to coordinate and resolve the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare My number was deactivated due to KYC issues. I only want to reactivate the same number with fresh KYC, but the Vi executive is insisting that I take a postpaid connection with at least 2 lines. Why is this being made mandatory? Please help resolve

    @ViCustomerCare It had been the best network prior to becoming Vodafone, yet worsted, therefore, i had to port the number to other service provider

    @ViCustomerCare koi jawab doge ? Customer care wale bhi call disconnect kar rahe hai ? Kis tarah ka fraud hai ye ? Refund kiya hai to transaction ID dene me kya problem?

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , It's been 2 months since I got a Vi SIM. I've raised the same complaint twice, but nothing has changed. I can't even receive a single OTP or any service/banking message properly because there's hardly any network. But somehow, the bills always arrive on time. And if I don't pay immediately, I get reminder calls. Worst telecom experience I've ever had. #Vi #Telecom #CustomerService
