@ViCustomerCare Your network is too bad at Nagercoil. VI sim signal got cutoff. It's time to switch to another network if you don't take any action.

@ViCustomerCare Not able to reach customer care via 199 or 198. I have done top up twice for my vi prepaid no for rs 99 and 111 respectively. Still it is not activated. Very worst service by Vodafone idea. Time to port the worst VI service and application and network.

@ViCustomerCare I have a retailer Sim card i want to port it in another network but not able to port. there is not agreement on porting number in another network. Vi Network is worse in our area. and i want to port in any way.or i had to take serious action @TRAI @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare Done top up thrice with Vi application. Still it is not activated but money is debited successfully. I am chasing from yesterday from still no updates. Very worst service with my 10 years relationship with vi.Don't send automated comments.Time to port. irritated.
