@ViCustomerCare Don't waste money on 5G trial i mean don't think of it for atleast 4 to 5yr because u r not able to provide 4G properly ur network is horrible put all this money to improve ur 4G coverage

@ViCustomerCare Dear Vi this is the 2nd time it has happened to me. Some third party services are activated on my number and balance is deducted. Had I not complained this would have continued to happen. This is not the way service is provided to the customers.

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea gives the same canned response. I am not even asking for reconnection of my service. I had paid the recharge amount when my incoming service was active. No reason for blocking the refund for a delay of missing the payment for few days.
