    @ViCustomerCare ordered sim online on 13 July. The customer service exe called & said sim will be delivered on 14 July. Today is 17 and there is no communication. regret using VodafoneIdea. Poor & terrible service. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER

    @ViCustomerCare If you have a practical solution, please provide it. Otherwise, I will switch to another operator next month. Customers should not be paying full charges for a service that your own team admits it cannot adequately provide.

    @ViCustomerCare you guys need to shut down. Safe custody Was due to expire on 17 July so extended it on 10th July. Today was informed that safe custody has EXPIRED. Tried to reactivate the nunber. Request Was processed successfully yet number is suspended. You have just lost another RedX customer

    @ViCustomerCare You check my previous complaints. You have everything. Just don't do time pass. Do some work go to previously provided information. Note: this not problem for single or specific locations. For how many places I give details like house no. etc.
