  @ViCustomerCare The SIM is apparently activated, but only halfway. I can make calls, but can't receive. I can send an SMS, but can't receive. Internet is non-existent. If @ViCustomerCare wanted to tell me that I should've been happy with whatever little service I had earlier, then well played.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia I accidentally recharged an International Roaming pack instead of a domestic plan on my Vi number. The pack is unused. Kindly reverse or refund the amount or adjust it with a domestic recharge. Please help. 🙏
