    Using @ViCustomerCare Since years but since unlimited 4g data introduced, internet is lagging. I've already raised this issue, person came and check the network at my place but no improvement

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare I have postpaid Vodafone idea connection with fancy number , when I tried to change that to prepaid number the store said they can allow only one customer per day to convert from postpaid to prepaid. And asked to try to come early the next day. Why?

    Hello @ViCustomerCare I ordered a new Vi SIM yesterday and completed the activation around 7 PM. I also received the activation SMS, but the SIM is still not working.I have already tried restarting the phone and reinserting the SIM, but it still doesn’t work.
