@ViCustomerCare No one is ready to provide us with a permanent fix.. I never had issue all these years.. Past 1yr has been horrible and your engineers are taking us for granted! This time if this doesn't get fixed I will have your service scrapped from my society! So many complains.. NO ACTION

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is one of the company which charges hefty amount for callertune subscription but in terms of services it's very poor. Can't provide a song for callertune after being requested many times since May, 2021.

@ViCustomerCare At your Vodafone store Sapru Marg Mr Saif took a request for converting Post Paid to Pre Paid. Nothing happened after 24 hours. Conveys call sent to me today 11 am but no call received. Advises me to quit Vodafone and other nonsense. Am I a customer or a slave of #Vodafone
