    @ViCustomerCare to convert prepaid to postpaid, local store charged me 300 INR. Checked with customer care, they said no charge. Then checked the local store, they said, they will adjust that amount in upcoming bill after 6 months. They are not responding now.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no right to cheat customers and deny the basic ask. You cannot digest my money which I had paid to VI for a service which you didn't give. My crusade will continue forever. Don't underestimate a genuine customer.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India So the concerned Vi store called me (just him and me on call) and he told that Charges for getting duplicate sim is now increased to 150 from 50 Rs. He also said since last week only and even Vi customer care is not aware about it. Kindly verify this

    I have recieved call from your technical team and they told me we cannot provide us good network bcaz they are not to able provide my area good network ...they why you charge full amount if you are not abel @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
