But for important things like incoming calls nd OTPs will be stopped, there was no proper information. And which operator stops all incoming calls and SMS within just 2 days? Even though it shows 4G/5G, it often drops to 2G signal, and this has been happening for quite some time. If you can’t provide proper service, then shut down your network in this area.

Suyash Jain (@suyashjain016) reported@ViCustomerCare Deactivated my SIM without any valid reason or prior notice. No justification, no resolution. This is unacceptable. If not restored immediately, I will escalate this to @TRAI and take formal action. No wonder Vi is losing customers rapidly.
