    @ViCustomerCare Your network is too bad at Nagercoil. VI sim signal got cutoff. It's time to switch to another network if you don't take any action.

    @ViCustomerCare Even though I’ve unlimited prepaid pack valid till 2nd October, strange enough it tells me I’ve zero balance so I cannot make calls. Customer support on call as well told me they see ‘no problem’ and refused to understand my problem. Terrible service.
