    @ViCustomerCare vi is really what to say a incompetent company , despite a customer requesting help from last few days , they don't give a **** . I have send everything to them every single details but still no improvement or response. It's time for all vi users to change network

    @ViCustomerCare Have been struggling with no network on the phone for the last 5 days and complained about it so many times now. Getting very lame answers and no real help. I guess you don't realise that no network can be a big headache in an era where all transactions need OTP

    Dear @ViCustomerCare - You network quality in Marathalli, Bangalore has gone down terribly. I have lived here for many years but never experienced such bad network. Do something before you start losing loyal customers! cc @airtelindia
