    @ViCustomerCare Day 4 *********** a startup- Take a masterclass from Vodafone India DLT Services ( Not Working). Invoices not provided. No Support. Our startup not started due to VI inefficiency. No one listening in VI. Baki Sab Theek Hai

    @ViCustomerCare 2+ months & still no working 5G on my postpaid with Vodafone Idea Limited. Fake “resolved” updates, but service is dead. Still being charged. Escalating to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India & Department of Telecommunications. Fix it or legal action next.

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely poor service by Vodafone Idea (Vi). 3 din se internet band hai, DM me details dene ke baad bhi koi reply nahi. This is unacceptable. Fix this ASAP or I will port out.

    @ViCustomerCare As per my talk with customer support executive, below are the 2 suggesttion 1. Plz introduce some incoming OTP plans with low value and limited period 2. There should be less validay talk time/period recharges should be there for occasional user. Currently there is 179 plan only
