    @ViCustomerCare Yes, I just saw your reply that my area is not covered under adequate network zone. Can someone please reply when I can expect my area in adequate network zone? Or it not in any priority list. Expecting a genuine anwer no automated message please.

    @ViCustomerCare Is your 4G signal dummy? If so, pls refund all charges taken from consumers related to "data/Internet". Maybe only a class action suit will wake up VI management to take note.

    @ViCustomerCare U guys do lots of drama online, that u offer this, that service. When it comes to reality it is just hollow. U don't have basic customer service resolution ethics. Look at the # of complaints on coverage that I have made & none of them is resolved,within 2 days u close complaint

    @ViCustomerCare I want to raise a complaint at. a no for which M being continously harrased for bill at a plan for which I didn't asked for I.e. family plan. My original plan was for 399 and due to some issues which I presume was for escalating complaint against a store employe

    @ViCustomerCare one of the worst network & customer service. I have patronized idea for more than 3-4yrs and have raised multiple complaints regarding signal coverage at vaderahalli, devanahalli taluk. Complaint get raised & then it is closed without resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare Your services is very bad while i am in roaming thats why i requested to safe custody mode .In 3 months i will convert my number to prepaid and after that port in other service.

    @ViCustomerCare You have provided ETA for resolution date as 8th June 2022.. So for 4 days at least, I won't be able to use my mobile number as no network is there? That's a very poor service. cc: @DoT_India
