@ViCustomerCare Here vi provides Very poor network coverage only one sided coverage is available in this specific location where I live people who live or stay within the surroundings of the network site only they get adequate coverage whereas a vast area is still deprived from better services

@ViCustomerCare Your customer care exec have zero idea. You randomly deduct 100-200 from my balance every single month. I have to talk to your untrained customer exec every month to get that refund back. Please provide complete transparency. This is the absolute worst.
