My VI service has been stopped form yesterday before recharge validity….and now Vi is saying if you want your same no back you have to convert it into Postpaid….another level of blackmailing @ViCustomerCare @akshayamoondra @consumerforum_

@ViCustomerCare Ur net speed comes to 2-3 kbps and ur AI in app says everything is fine. Nowhere the net stays good. Call drops, network drops almost in every call. If this is fastest then Internet explorer is faster then chrome, mozilla, safari.. etc

Hello @ViCustomerCare , please respond to messages. I think only your network has issues with Volte services. Airtel and Jio are providing good Volte services. Every month i am facing volte issues with your network. Even Bsnl with 3G network is better than your 4G. Please call me
