    @ViCustomerCare is doing great at giving worst services even to the older postpaid customers. Every month they promise but then they are unable to help. Really getting tired of complaining. #VIindia

    @ViCustomerCare when you look for alternate don't look for Vodafone as the strong data network is not able to provide you 4g even as they work on old model of 2g

    @ViCustomerCare No thank you, you can go ahead and close the case. Poor customer service has become a part of VI network. You won't be able to help in that. If you wish to something then start an audit and inspection cycle for your VI stores. They are slow, dull and a have a pathetic service.

    @jagograhakjago I'm facing an issue with my Vi connection since a month. @ViCustomerCare completely failed even after multiple emails, calls, tweets. Despite having paid my bill on time they keep telling me that bill is pending.

    @ViCustomerCare It's a Banglow and situated on Main Street in Main City 416505..landmark Vyankatesh temple.problem is slow internate mostly time showed 2g and 3g. Signal bars 1,2 max 3..issued facinv from last 1 to 2 years ,registered issue more tha 2 to 4 times but still problem not solved
