    @ViCustomerCare I have never seen Worst network and customer care services like vodafone.I have been facing data and voice calling issues since last month,but the problems didn't resolve yet.they are just fooling us. Price of recharge has increased but services not improved.sham on you vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare You making notes only since nov 30th , ,i was told by attendinG executive to change my hand set ,Samsung Glaaxy J7 as it's an outdated Mobile unable to support high speed of our System when I visited VI gallary at vasai west ,

    Hey @ViCustomerCare - are the DND settings on your app a joke? After confirming preferences have been saved, I get a message stating that a DND complaint is rejected as I have not registered for DND. Folks at 198 can’t help for 4 hours as systems are down!
