@ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare vodafone is becoming worst network in India they say they are the fastest network but the internet of vi really suck it never works on 4g always on 2g. Big mistake to choose VI. Just waiting to complete 90 days period to port the number

@ViCustomerCare What's the benefit of switching to VI when no one from VI customer care is helping me even I am an existing VI user, unfortunately I have to suffer for 3 more months due to sim Port rules. I will definitely switch to another network where atleast they listen and help users.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare The sim card I ordered was through online mode. So the refund is also expected through online mode. People in vodafone are very sly, and are expert in pointing customer to another department within vodafone instead of solving it internally. #vodafonecheaters

@ViCustomerCare Hi I have joined to VI network in Jan 2021, initially I don't get VoLTE signal later when I called support they have enabled VoLTE and then I got it. But after some days again VoLTE is gone and facing issue with data while answering calls.
