Sunil Laxminarayan (@SunilLaxminara2) reported@TRAI @ViCustomerCare VI preventing to send PORT message. I'm on active plan for 28 days that was offered on VI App when i recharged. Now Customer service says that it must be 24 days validity. My plan still shows 1 day validity left 587 sms remaining.
