    @PravinkumarY11 @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare I have the same issue. Then came to know that my 99 recharge offers only voice and data validity and not sms. Even though We have main balance, we cannot send Sms. Worst strategy and packs by Vi. I am porting out now

    A private number. I wonder what it takes to reset all the helpline numbers through their network team? Attending these calls also tells me how helpless they sound as they call support number only to find its going to a regular customer like them. Shame @ViCustomerCare

    @Airtel_Presence i want to port my 9418564343 to AIRTEL. Did i get any special offer to portin to airtel @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup BAD SERVICES
