    @ViCustomerCare Can you please explain me how can I be charged for a service which I haven't opted for. This has become a regular practice to deduct/charge money without user consent for some unknown services which I have never subscribed.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network ever! 4g network gets down several times during the day! Customer support says network is fine but I receive no network several times during the day!
