@ViCustomerCare hire those who know how to respect customers. If they know how to talk rakho apne employees apne pass but this is not the way you talk to your customers. If you cannot value their time and space. I wish @reliancejio can help me with immediate port. No VI user now

@ViCustomerCare Sorry not for this time. I have two Sim both of idea but now it's enough. I know loosing one customer may not cost you anything. I raise the concern because I don't want this to happen with anyone else. Thanks for your services but thanks for disappointed as well Regards Krati

@ViCustomerCare For first I thought only I am facing this but seems like many are facing this issue. There is deduction happening form my balance by telling some stupid game activation can you please look into it , inspite of DND activation still these things are incurring .

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic service by Vi. service request number 4-139576293704, was expected to be resolved by 10-Nov-2022 at 04:53:55 PM. Nothing has happened and all services are deactivated now. I am dead in water. This is the 3rd time this is happening within 2 months.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI As per Vodafoneteam, my location which is Muncipal Town area comes under Low Coverage Area. I have no clue how could a town / market area be categorised under Low Coverage? I lose business due to this coverage issue.

@ViCustomerCare what ******** is wrong with ur internet service. It is not working from morning ur complaint no. '198' says switch off. I'm doing the recharge of ₹700+ for this **** service or what @VodaIdea_NEWS
