Time to switch from @ViCustomerCare .Their highly capable 2G network is missing for 3 hours . @TRAI Please look into their service. They are charging a lot without giving service. Pls ask them to launch ESIM for prepaid.

@ViCustomerCare Totally DISAPOINTMENT by vi,3rd class services. My internet is not working since yesterday. Tried switching phn, inserting sim in other slots. its an absolute nightmare even to check mails. Having 3 vi post-paid connection in family and now time to port.

@ViCustomerCare Incoming calls dialed number is wrong, check the number u hv dialed, number doesn't exist, after this call connectivity issues are continue. So if you're company can't provide proper service refund me for my 6 month recharge amount I will port out from @ViCustomerCare
