I booked my appointment for jio fiber on 19 feb and everyday I got message of rescheduling of Engineer and today they cancelled my order. I wasted my time & energy both in that idiot company. @ViCustomerCare I think I have done a huge mistake by choosing vodafoneidea and paying for VIP number when the customer service dont even bother to respond. It is better to choose other service provider who will actually provide service.

@ViCustomerCare Been so frustrated with vodafone service. Its been since Aug im facing the problem & not even using the numbr then also Vodafone keep on raising bill instead of solving. Raised request for discontinue then also its been kept suspended instead of discontinue.
