    @DoT_India multiple times I had complained regarding my @ViCustomerCare number but they are not providing any response. Automatically they closed my complaint without informing me.

    @ViCustomerCare started new loot .. If you did 49 basic recharge you will not receive sms outgoing service .. If any of your UPI payment app crashed or bank account error you can't rectify it because you cannot verify the bank account without sending the sms ..

    @ViCustomerCare Here vi provides Very poor network coverage only one sided coverage is available in this specific location where I live people who live or stay within the surroundings of the network site only they get adequate coverage whereas a vast area is still deprived from better services
