    @ViCustomerCare very worst service in vi callertunes.1st recharge for callertune service then i see no new songs available for callertune also songs collection was very limited. Dont use vi callertunes with recharge just worthless.dont use it.

    @TRAI I activated my international roaming on @ViCustomerCare however on reaching Sri Lanka my outgoing calls were not working.Inspite of complaining immediately after landing in Colombo there was problem in accessing data as well as outgoing calls.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey VI, what kind of “unlimited 5G” are you selling? Data stops the moment daily quota is over. This is misleading customers. Fix this ASAP. I AM NOT ABLE TO USE UNLIMITED 5g , my work is affecting.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Fraud complaint filed. Grievance No: DOTEL/E/2026/0028532 Vi sold illegal "Government of Gujarat" plan, admitted on call + Twitter. IPC 420 case. UGVCL exam on 18-May. Resolve in 48hrs or face DoT action. #ViFraud #TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Why don’t you fix your customer care first?? You have said I’ve used 50% of 300 gb international roaming in one day! And all I’ve done is answer emails and WhatsApp’s.
