    One retailer done same task in 60rs and also with the same adhar card Dear @ViCustomerCare agar aaise problem solve karoge to aapka sim use karne ka koi fayda nhi its better to port in jio where sim replacement cost is zero,friendly jio officers,no extra cost,no misinformation

    @ViCustomerCare worst service of your customer care office, my sim card just broken because it stuck in my sim pannel and when i visited deoria(274001) vi office with adhar card 1st they rehected that your photo is too old in adhar and 2nd they said you have to give charge 100rs

    @ViCustomerCare Hi team,as per discussion issue will be resolved in 2 days but no resolution is provided yet. One of my no end with 98XXXX8650 is still not added as secondary no in integrate plan please add the nunber as sec. no with plan of rs 199 Please resolve issue n call me on 8860551876

    @ViCustomerCare After full talktime recharge , many outgoing calls restricted with msg "This facility is not available on this number" This is one of reason to loose customer speedily.

    @ViCustomerCare there is poor VI network postpaid ySIM, every where including Kolkata, Durgapur,Sikkim-Gangtok and in some places there is no network. Earlier raised tickes were closed by VI, Please do some thing about this else I need to port to some other Network operator
