    @ViCustomerCare Yes in dm you have mentioned problem is resolved ..but i have shared a video which was made at 10 am today morning ...I am unable to download the pic from whatsapp from vi data internet... Where problem is resolved ???

    @ViCustomerCare unnecessary caller tunes are been activated on my number. I deactivate it within few minutes. Money deducted without consent. I am living outside home country. Unable to contact customer care. Have emailed my issue. Recieving pop messages. Kindly stop all.

    Vi sim me volte ata hi nehi any suggestions.. I tried every thing even calls and dm on vi customer care officials, besides getting 4g volte its showing 2g and officials are not taking seriously and giving dates after dates.. Its really annoying me. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare after 1 month of coordination you are asking me what are my dates of travel????? What is the level of your efficiency you take 24 hours every 24 hours to type 1 question? Have the brains to pickup and call the customer , heights of incompetence

    @ViCustomerCare Nobody understanding the concern here, it's 60days in total and since 30 days you guys are telling that you have forwarded/escalated to concern team, is this is your escalation which takes 30days, show me the proof that you have escalated the issue and to whome you have escalated

    @ViCustomerCare why do your executives call 50 times a day after we have given them the information.? Either you love harassing or someone does a bad job of taking information. That’s major reason of me switching off the number

    @TRAI # @ViCustomerCare network is cheating i made a recharge on 12/13 june 2022. I got a massage recharge is unsuccessful with reference id. They suspend my incoming sms at 13 june it self and incoming calls too. They said amount will be refunded in 7 days. Now 10 days gone..
