    @ViCustomerCare I have not initiated/applied for any value added service.All these were activated on my mobile without my consent & are not in line with my usage. I request you to refund me Rs. 39 deducted from my prepaid balance otherwise I will have to approach the consumer forum.

    @ViCustomerCare No I do not want to remain your network at all. Just please ask your customer care department who does not have any work in Covid times please do not call me. Already I have received call more thn 50 times which according to me / Trai is viable. If you do not want I should go for

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio My personal number is deactivated all of a sudden. After visiting your stores for 6 times and submitting all the necessary docs , still no update. Your customer service is worst , they want me to visit the store again in lockdown.
