@ViCustomerCare U people shud stop providing postpaid services,after raising multiple complaints since last few days still no resolution is provided. One of the worst Internet Speed, rename it as 2G services, just looting the customers in the name of 5G.

It’s funny that when you put a port request, @ViCustomerCare literally calls you every 10 mins. When you complain for service? They don’t give a **** for months. But I’ve received 30 calls since morning.

@ViCustomerCare I will have no other choice to escalate repeatedly to all concerned if any Zero network situations happens further in my numbers. The numbers are running up now and please ensure it's continuity and monitor your sites to avoid any further Zero(no network) Network situation.

@ViCustomerCare Hello The issue currently resolved , however you need to ensure there is no further Zero network situations happens in my numbers. It is not the question of better coverage but basic service for which I am paying you every month. Please ensure to prevent reoccurrence Zero network
