  @ViCustomerCare Despite my multiple mails and texts, you guys hv made unauthorised so called debit as outstanding amount on a closed number. Ur useless customer team has no clue what they say on phone and what they write on mails. Can't imagine that hw customers r looted.

  @ViCustomerCare VI Team, I have recently ported my SIM from JIO to VI. However, your agent Mr. Naushad sitting in Laxminagar Delhi has not processed or credited my first recharge. Due to this issue, I am currently unable to make calls, which is causing significant inconvenience

  @ViCustomerCare @vm351262 Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.

  Absolutely pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare, My network completely vanished 30 mins ago—no internet and I have to step outside just to make a phone call. Please fix this dead zone ASAP! #Vi #NetworkIssue #PoorService
