@ViCustomerCare I don't think Vi will ever improve. Even after multiple complaints in last 1 month. Still a lot of zero network downtime in main city area. Vi is providing poorest service I have ever seen in last 20 years by any telecom company #Vi @TRAI #PoorService @reliancejio
