    @ViCustomerCare It’s not only the network but nothing is good in VI, from postpaid plans to customer care services , everything is worst . Check my emails and messages and chat history you will come to know about my frustration

    @ViCustomerCare Hey @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare,writing on behalf of a friend.They bought an IR pack with no upfront country list, only to find Vietnam wasn't covered. Contacted support immediately, but reps delayed until auto-activation to deny a refund! Need this escalated & refunded ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Wow, i bet i will change my sim to vi Reply me See i am from Rajasthan Udaipur There my friend bought Vi sim and he regrets Due to low connectivity issues Sometimes he can’t even make calls Currently i am in Bangalore I don’t know condition here And please give me reasons
