@ViCustomerCare Urgent High Priority case of network outage in Powai area, Mumbai. Service request #4-124714120614 pending. Since 12 Nov, around 150 Vi customers in my office not getting network signal.Please address the issue at earliest as most of us wud hv to port otherwise.

@ViCustomerCare I like VI. Earlier i used Airtel & Jio. But even in hills station VI gives good network strength. I’m having a doubt if I’m in call mobile Internet is not working. Is this issue faced by everyone or only me?

@ViCustomerCare is most useless network. They asked me to give them time of 90 days to solve my network yet they failed even after 90 days. The VI is the looser who doesn't care of their customers.
