    I purchased 3 Vi postpaid numbers and paid a total security deposit of ₹900. However, I still haven't received my security deposit refund. This is disappointing. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. @ViCustomerCare

    I have been complaining repeatedly about network issues but nothing has been done. Please find solutions for my location, otherwise porting will be the way to go. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI In case of any problem faced due to network, can't even lodge a complaint via 198/199. App doesn't work if net is down, no way to contact with customer support agent. Kindly take necessary steps for this. No help option via call support only robot speaks.
