    @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare Very poor network near Rajhans Corazo, Vesu (Surat). Multiple large residential societies with thousands of residents but almost no signal. The first operator to improve coverage here will gain many new users. Kindly look into this.

    @ViCustomerCare This is completely unacceptable. There is still zero network on my number. Do you not understand the importance of having network service? If there is any emergency, how am I supposed to make a call with no signal at all? What is going on with your service?

    @ViCustomerCare Someone called my relative pretending to help with a porting request, and after they were tricked into forwarding a message the port request got cancelled instantly. How is your system allowing such scams to happen so easily?

    @ViCustomerCare is the worst, you can't talk to a representative or an agent when calling 198 or 199 it's always same yapping automated call. I have 4 vi sims in my household, next month I will port all of them to airtel or jio

    @ViCustomerCare Please fix this issue immediately or escalate it to a higher-level technical team. If you cannot resolve it, then provide me with the email or contact details of the higher authority so I can raise this complaint further. Consumers are paying for this service.
