This is crazy . @airtelindia says they don’t have the number with them and @ViCustomerCare says you don’t have an outstanding so take the receipt and clear with the current provider . How much should a customer suffer because of this .

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare Kindly stop Forcing the customer if I needed only 3 sim of 999 plann .why your Store staff member added the 2sim extra n saying that your System is not expecting the 999/- plan n they have forced me for 1149 /- n the monthly bill will be 1300/stop forcing
