@ViCustomerCare This is totally unprofessional guys! It has been 10 days since we updated to 5G sim and everyday some or the other functions are not working and your customer care executive have the audacity to tell us that we dont know what's the issue...so just wait for 2 days!

@ViCustomerCare my sim has no signal. Nothing seems to be working. When I asked to reactive my number they are telling me to come to Himachal Pradesh since number was issued from there in 2010. This is really absurd!

@ViCustomerCare dear vi,plz resolve complaint for Data Speed wit number GUJ-V01187861576. In the era of 5G vi not provided 2G speed.plz take it on priority.i loose soo many things in study, due to weak networks. Already i raised repetitive complaints but still issue not resolved.
