@VodaIdea_NEWS After being failed by Poor Data & Network, followed by arrogance of @ViCustomerCare, I feel numbers of their CTO & CEO must be posted at @Twitter, enabling fellow citizens to reach out to them for resolution of Poor Network & DataConnectivity by any consumer.

@ViCustomerCare There has been no resolution to my problem. I have constantly been complaining about bills being generated even after I had ported to Jio. Even after settlement for those bill where i ended up paying 50 percent twice for not using the service. .

@ViCustomerCare No further need as the discussions with Vodafone idea appellate was not productive. You only care about the charge without being backed by the right service. Have ported to another carrier now. No further comms needed
