@ViCustomerCare pathetic service from VI in Pune. I am unable to access data service inspitevof having sufficient data in my account. Morever i’m barely getting any network. Tried calling the customer care but the call is not getting connected. @reliancejio Please help with port.

@ViCustomerCare despite recharge , i am unable to change my caller tune from 15th July onwards. Your customer care has only solutions jya re-install the app and wait for 2hrs . Already tried this 4th time today. Can u plz help ?
