@ViCustomerCare What a pathetic customer service ! I have made a lot of queries regarding your terrible weak network issue to your helpline no. and through several emails, there has been no action taken. You must shutdown your organisation if you can't provide genuine services.

@ViCustomerCare I only know that FRC could not be done. Don't know the issue but had tried all the plans with every option available to recharge out there. Vi has just disgruntled me. Cannot figure out who is gonna pay for all the losses. #poorcustomerservice #vodafoneidea.

@ViCustomerCare Super customer service, your team has still not reverted for a system snag I had tweeted about 48 hrs ago. My good wishes for Vi to keep it up and be always ahead of industry standards.
