    @ViCustomerCare hi, for a customer currently a plan is going on of Rs 379 where the validity is till 10th January 2022. The customer wants to recharge for the Rs 1499 plan so when would the validity of this plan start? From today or from 10th January 2022

    PS: While most folks accept UPI & cards, the connectivity inside @BIC_Blr is very poor (at least for @ViCustomerCare). Highly recommend taking cash as a backup, or trying to go outside to process mobile payments. Check @ahundredhands for more details! 🙌 8/8
