  @ViCustomerCare I also visited a Vi Store regarding this issue. The store staff informed me that I need to wait for 6 months, which is not acceptable as I urgently need this mobile number for my personal use.

  Horrible service by VI store. First they didn't tell me prepaid is available and then plan is of 249 in postpaid. After sim got activated, they want 1120rs for 4 months advance without my consent and didn't give me sim without paying 1120.@ViCustomerCare. Kindl

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI worst customer care service. Complaint opened by customer , closed by backend team without giving resolution. Now telling to open 2nd complaint which I'm sure will get closed as per comfort of thr team. My 1st complaint is still unresolved. @TRAI

  @ViCustomerCare Hi , If I have an active plan with validity, will I get missed call SMS alerts? Is MCI free? The ₹45 pack says "Vi App alerts only". Please clarify difference between ₹45 pack vs MCI SMS service.
