  Hi @ViCustomerCare, my number ending 6949 was due for activation at 11:31 PM on 27 Jul after porting, but it still shows No Service. My old SIM is already inactive. I cannot make calls, receive SMS/OTPs, use data, or log in to work systems. Please activate it urgently.

  @ViCustomerCare i was facing issues with SMS. Someone from support asked me to get a new sim card. At the vi store in aundh pune i was asked to for kyc. I was carrying my aadhar and pan card. Later the executive told me since i have been a member for long time (20+ years),

  Hi @ViCustomerCare It’s truly shameful that even after reporting such a serious network issue, no action has been taken from your end yet. Ever since porting my number, the network has been completely useless, and I can't even make or receive calls.

  @ViCustomerCare What exactly is happening? The entire Vi network in Raisen, MP has been down since 5 PM. No calls, no internet, and not even a single update. People depend on your network for work, banking, and emergencies. This is completely unacceptable. Fix it immediately.
