    My @ViCustomerCare sim is blocked. Customer care of VI is harassing me. Yesterday they told me if i convert my sim to postpaid, they will unblock the sim. Today they are asking me to convert two family sim to postpaid. If i don't they won't unblock my sim. Please help @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI team, You tried your best, to fix the connectivity issue, but no network received, infact even the normal calls went blank after 1 week. Stop selling Cambodia while offering Roaming to the subscribers, cambodia does not support the Indian sim cards.

    @ViCustomerCare My recharge is going to waste; the expiry date is August 8th. I have faced a lot of frustration due to your poor service, and I want compensation for my recharge.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare from last 2day my sim network was gone and I complaint from that on 30 July. Till date it was not resolve can you told me how many more days you need to solve my issue and I am able to use my sim @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare you call me in private you text me in private can't you do why I should do I want the reason for it. no plans below 500 family plans ad on data but no network speed 100 Tower per day. I don't understand maybe the towers are from China

    Hello @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare do you have any better postpaid family plans for 5 SIM together?? I'm using @airtelindia which is too costly and I'm using airtel from 14 years, no offer and very poor network as well.

    @ViCustomerCare Please Note from 23 rd July up to not solve issue should Waiver Charges Pro rate basic . I will not pay when not able to use your service and your Technician not solve issue after complaint.
