    Thank you @JioCare for the offer and help. Even after the visit to Vi store, issue not resolved. None of the customer care team contacted me till this time even I'm a postpaid user. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare The issue is resolved by concerned North east network service team and Vi store , Mumbai. Not by anyone of u. Make sure monthly bill should be incurred on pro data basis( 14days of no network connectivity) . Do not dare to share the entire monthly charges. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare have been paying a premium to keep india SIM for international roaming which has stopped working now. All attempts to connect through chat and calls have failed your customer service is horrible. I won’t be paying any subsequent bills till my Roaming is fixed
