    @ViCustomerCare issue 1 - I was in the Postpaid plan earlier with a corporate plan of 51rs per month but without informing me you have revised the plan to 399 plan which i was not interested in. Finally I moved to Prepaid.

    @ViCustomerCare My mom's mobile number is showing out of network, since 1.5 months. Tried changing the setting, through customer care help but they couldnt provide a solution. She is not able to make call, recieve call, no sms facility, no data. Its a postpaid connection, billing

    @ViCustomerCare Got a call from your customer care. Insisting me to use those plans which are not useful for me. If old plans are discountinued then those should be restarted. Please see if it is possible to restore my previous plan.

    @ViCustomerCare seems you have planned to loose you remaining customers. My phone is getting idea signal since month and I am continuously connecting with support in app and toll-free no as well. No solution yet. Should migrate to any other operator ?? Not acceptable at all

    @ViCustomerCare Ridiculous customer support is this. It's been 10 days. The team calls me up at odd hours every single day to verify my address and ask what the issue is. Is my KYC being done or my network being fixed?
