    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago pls note that there’s been a recurring bill as per the plan chosen for about 800 rupees that i’m paying Vi and have not been getting desired network beyond 1 or 2 bars, let alone 5G. #SRKonVi

    @ViCustomerCare I just wanted to share my advise, those funds could have been used on your network to provide good network service to existing customers. When existing customers share the good feedback of your network, that's what get you more customers. Not a fandom of SRK

    @ViCustomerCare Once a bad experience, arrogant manager at call center, and never have looked back at VI to buy any of their service ever. I even discourage ppl to get it. Vi doesn't train it's ppl for customer retention, if it wasn't for Jio/Airtel it would have been boasting till date.

    @ViCustomerCare My area sometimes network not working somtimes full network disappear. 4G+ not available my area . If possible please install 5G network in my area.

    @ViCustomerCare All money paid for promotion that’s why worst service worst customer care , worst plans and worst network. Please don’t fall in the trap
