    @ViCustomerCare my SIM has stopped working and no device is able to detect this SIM. But @ViCustomerCare is saying that it's due to negative balance. What a nonsense. Reacharge issue will stop service, not SIM. @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare very bad service. Inside house can't get 4G only get 2G which very weak network even voice calls dropped.

    @ViCustomerCare, my phone number hasn’t worked in 2 months now!! I’m in Canada on a postpaid plan. I have no signal and I’m locked out of all my accounts because I can’t get OTP. Can you please please fix this for me?

    @ViCustomerCare I don’t have internet since 2:00 am. On giving complaint the associate tells me they need 48 hours. Vodafon standards has become worst. If customers are late for making the bill payment they charge extra amount.
