@ViCustomerCare such a poor service vodafone I am trying to switch from postpaid to prepaid... And from last 3 times request is getting rejected... VI store is saying they can't help... Customer care are clue less as always.... Doing all this with the loyal customers of vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS you give me 4GB of data per day but to use that I need a network that I don't get. And when I call to change my provider you cry and ask not to leave. Give me one good reason to continue as your customer!
