@ViCustomerCare Visited 3 time to Vi store Dalhousie Kolkata. But still my issue has not been resolved i have recieved the request no - DEL-V01198780374. You all debit my balance by 50 rs on priority but but neglected my issue pls confirm how to port the number. Vi is worthless.

Went to @ViCustomerCare store today for MNP. Your associate forced me to buy postpaid scheme and told me that it's the only option. When I showed him both prepaid and postpaid scheme is available for MNP, he asked me leave. Sadly @ViCustomerCare you guys loose one customer today.

@ViCustomerCare Surprising I can't change to prepaid plan from postpaid by having same number. I am using it for last 15 years and customer care instructed to buy a new SIM if I want to shift to prepaid. I have no option but to port to Jio or Airtel. Strategy to lose customers!
