    Bad internet connection in my area. It's very high fluctuations in network here, most of the time on 2g mode or emergency calls only. face this problem daily please resolve the issue as soon as possible @ViCustomerCare

    Hi @ViCustomerCare terrible service as I am trying to activate my eSim for past three days and still giving error, i even visited a store near me and they told to wait for 7 days and try again.. i don't have other options other than port my number.

    @ViCustomerCare to convert prepaid to postpaid, local store charged me 300 INR. Checked with customer care, they said no charge. Then checked the local store, they said, they will adjust that amount in upcoming bill after 6 months. They are not responding now.

    They are just putting unnecessary burden on customers. I had to activate my UPI and for the verification, I had to recharge with this amount. @ViCustomerCare this was my last recharge. Thank you for your service.

    @ViCustomerCare Shut down your 3g service in Baramti ,Pune always mobile data switched of automatically. Provide only 4g service.
