  @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your hopeless help and support, do check my revert. 3rd class services of Vi, @reliancejio is way better. Atlease they do not merge the recharge benifits even though user recharge twice or until agree to activate both plans simultaneously.

  @ViCustomerCare I shared my number almost 4 hours ago, but no resolution has been provided yet. How does a ₹1,749 recharge, valid for 6 months and done on June 16, end today? Is VI owned by the East India Company?

  @ViCustomerCare My old sim developed technical problem. I bought a new replacement sim today evening at 7.10 pm. I was told it takes 30 minutes to activate replacement sim. Service is not activated till now. Please check and inform activation status. Number in DM.

  @ViCustomerCare - your network around Panvel is terrible. There's been an outage for prolonged periods of the day. This is near Ajivali, Shedung, and Indiabulls Greens.

  WARNING: Don't buy @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdea_IN Vi is the creator of this scam. The plan shown in Vi App is NEVER the plan you get. I recharged ₹199 for 1GB/Day + 2GB. After payment they gave a different plan and blamed ME saying "you recharged wrong".

  @ViCustomerCare I just ran out of data before the expiry of my Rs 365 plan which according to your VI app is an Unlimited Data Plan . Why mislead the customers. I believe time has come to change the network service. #Vodafone

  @ViCustomerCare Too much of reminder calls for recharge It's really harassment n torture No need of reminders That too so many calls Please avoid harassing your customer.
