checked on TRAI website, the SMS "cancel" is to be sent to actually cancel the port out request. So, @ViCustomerCare when could not control a churn, they stoop low to cheating and fraud. @TRAI please take a note of such fraudulent practice. #vodaidea

Hi @ViCustomerCare , Not being able to send SMS since few days. Didn't get it solved from your customer care executive. SMS centre number is also correct.
