    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_ Ind telecom oprtrs separate top-up for bal from combo packs that include service validity, a standard model to ensure ongoing network access revenue under TRAI guidelines that protect SIMs from deactivation for up to 90 days with sufficient balance.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Network coverage in Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 is extremely poor. Normal voice calls break and audio is unclear, while mobile internet is unreliable. Please send your network team, verify the ground situation and install a new mobile tower

    Left a 10+ year @ViCustomerCare Vodafone prepaid & postpaid, and it’s been a complete nightmare!😡 Terrible network indoors, constant call drops, and even after your service team "reviewed" it, nothing changed. Time to finally port out to Airtel! 👋📉 #VodafoneIdea #Vi #Network

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my number from Jio to Vi specifically for better internet speed. But right now, the speed is extremely slow. If Vi also fails to provide good speed, what was the point of switching? Please fix this network issue ASAP. ​#Vi #NetworkIssue #InternetSpeed

    @ViCustomerCare Please check again your Network start issue from last 3-4 Days. Now time to move to other network. Its really trouble for use #VI . All network company upgrade but you are decresed the Network stability.
