@ViCustomerCare @cassynaz Kuch nahin hone wala. Even if you give them the offending tower ID number They still can't do anything Worst thing is, they will say : change your sim card, because they merged with idea or something. And then even that won't help. Because their towers are crap.

@ViCustomerCare I have a Vodafone sim for 5 years. The sim gets charged with new VAS every now and then. This month, the deduction was around 100 bucks again. And this I never authenticated. Could you look into it?

@ViCustomerCare #ViCustomerCare torture... When you port out you get 53 calls in a day asking you want to port... In the initial few calls, I explained the reason for porting and they said fine, now we will update systems and you wont get any calls. But it never ends.. Such a nonsense company
