    @ViCustomerCare its been 7 days a single callback is not arranged by you team, its been months i am not receiving my call just cleat my bill which are irrelevant because no service was provided. I will switch to other network.

    So it finally happened. Was stuck with a medical emergency, tried to call the doctor and was forced to listen to a 20-second long rant about vaccines that I couldn't skip. @ViCustomerCare you guys are just plain pathetic.

    @ViCustomerCare unable to contact the representative for prepaid no , many time tried. Only listen PUSHING NO , it is impossible to wait and listen too much about instruction ,Today I knew the reason of your loss “not caring about customer “

    Such a pathetic service @ViCustomerCare I ported my number to Vi Delhi and my incoming service is blocked since then. No one is taking responsibility and simply saying everything is activated from our end. I think it's time to move to some other provider.

    @ViCustomerCare your customer care is very pathetic. I can't activate my new Vodafone number. You should make things easier for the customers otherwise we will port to other networks.
