  @ViCustomerCare If you have a practical solution, please provide it. Otherwise, I will switch to another operator next month. Customers should not be paying full charges for a service that your own team admits it cannot adequately provide.

  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

  Hello @ViCustomerCare, I am from Indas, Bankura, 722205. Need to know is your team working or in vacation? In my area neither we can do call nor use internet almost three days continuously. My ongoing pack is Rs. 398 can you extend the validity till the days you out of service?

  @ViCustomerCare Why have you left the old caller tune in Tamil without updating it? I spent 234 rupees for this, but it's really bad. Please sign a contract with a third party and update the caller tune in Tamil. Not only that, the Vi application is very slow.
