    @VodafoneIN not able to communicate with your customer care. Extremely disappointed with your RedX service. Full network available but not a single call connected either incoming or outgoing. My phone number is 7077574493.

    @ViCustomerCare So they tell you to DM them the details and ghost you afterwards. Still waiting for the resolution as the people at customer care are retards and don't know anything about how a network connection works. I have an unlimited data plan and it's getting exhausted.

    @ViCustomerCare - my international roaming is not working even after recharge. I am getting no service. Customer care hangs up the call falsely claiming they cannot hear me.

    @ViCustomerCare At the time of Recharge in VI App as per plan i suppose to Receive Unlimited Data but getting only 2 GB Data I called to VI customer care Senior support executive accepted there mistake and Assured me to Resolve and will get Unlimited mobile Data in 9 hours still not resolved..
