After customers have spent their time struggling through endless automated menus, an apology means very little. Please put these concerns into action and make human support genuinely accessible. #vi

    @ViCustomerCare Unacceptable. Your retention team promised a ₹100 monthly discount on the ₹451 postpaid plan. After changing my plan, customer care says no such offer exists. This is misleading. I've lost all trust in Vi and will port out this morning.

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare You guys have some of the most pathetic networks I have come across. Does not even work 5G most of the times. And even in 4G I'm not receiving msg, pages not loading while travelling in central line mumbai. Network gaand me gusake baite ho kya?

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely frustrated. A customer should not have to fight through endless automated menus just to speak with a support executive.Hiding human support behind recorded messages is poor service & disrespectful to customers. Please respond and resolve this issue. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I contacted the given customer care number. The worst part is they are asking me to cancel the order. What is this? Is there anything seriously wrong with the sales team? Kindly introspect
