    @ViCustomerCare I don't think so you care for customer as am sure now it's ugly business rules. Where customer have very less rights to raise his voice and only email and some stupid calls can not solve it. Sad for this @TRAI : Need your support how can I get my rights and to proceed for this

    @ViCustomerCare from my mobile suddenly INR 500 deducted, in history some 128 rs enforced to me without my consent. Since I am on international roaming, customer care not able to support for last 2 weeks.Hope your immediate action & support will be there.

    Bullshit services!!!! Today i called @ViCustomerCare i have complaint regarding DND she couldn't aolvw it and i told her to tranfer to senior she put my call on mute and than disconnected it. Pathetic solution i got🙄🙄🙄

    @ViCustomerCare Don't prevent any customer to send any msgs on any recharge , on even there is some balance in main account, this is not my personal issue, this is a issue faced by all Vi customer .
