    @ViCustomerCare Having extreme network issues....no one can hear me, voice is always breaking...this Vi is one horrible network...want to port the number now, been Vodafone customer for years but after this Vodafone Idea thing, it is a disaster network

    All my family member uses vodafone service from decade but from past 4monthyou service has been degraded. Any call you make or receive gets dropped. In the last 1hr 10 calls are dropped. You are not just loosing me but whole family are porting. @VodafoneIN #GettingWorse

    @VodafoneIN I did a recharge and amount got debited from the card but it showed "transaction failed connection error", and recharge too failed, so I did a second recharge, which was successful. Pls help recover the first transaction amount.

    @ViCustomerCare is getting worse day by day. I have been a user of Voda since 2006 with two connections, now as I am facing a issue with a recharge, when called customer care, they just disconnected in between without giving any resolution. It's such a hard work to connect them.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear @ViCustomerCare to prioritise a select few your network #Vi needs 5G SA capabilities which your network don’t have. #Airtel have it for postpaid customers & #jio have it for everyone. Kindly upgrade your network from 5G NSA to 5G SA & expand coverage which is poor.
