@Brian_Dmello03 @VodafoneIN The missus is on Airtel. Sucks equally, if not more. No idea about Jio, but the thing I hate about Jio is - the unending call drops when travelling. LTE cannot handle voice, not the way they have implemented it here in India anyway.

@VodafoneIN @rsprasad @TRAI Vodafone services are really bad. The network most of the times does not work and the response from their customer service is even pathetic. They claim that they will solve it and apologise a million times .. that is it.. it still does not work.

Many times the date of the resolution was extended, I was kept in the dark, finally, the resolution for my complaints was a 1000rs waiver whr the Bill was for 10k. @ViCustomerCare do I have to wait this long for 1k? @TRAI the outgoing was barred while the issue is pending (2/2)
