@VodafoneIN still no improvement.. infact your signal strength has worsened after your engineer visited. Note that this is a corporate number and now would have to log in a complaint to the office admin to port out.

@adidaga @VodafoneIN @Speedtest @airtelindia @Idea @VodaIdea_NEWS I have raised the exactly same point to #vodafone4g that u charge rent fo 4G service but we never experienced 4G and gave false multiple commitment of improvement of service. I have port my service to JIO after many complaints to Vodafone but no revert. @TRAI please look into it.

It used to be awkward running after cheap internet usage, but these days we are looking at cellular services like @VodafoneIN, @Airtel_Presence and @reliancejio being global giants and providing 5GB data free everyday but still failing to provide basic call network. #DigitalIndia

What is dumbest thing in the telecom history? NO SMS SERVICE, in a pack. You can have the prepaid balance but you cant send SMS until you buy Pack Offering SMS. So even if you to port you need to buy SMS pack inorder to send SMS. @ViCustomerCare #looting #VodafoneIdea

@ViCustomerCare I am a corporate customer for 11 years , I am not sure why you people are doubling my monthly bill by changing to a data plan, I use this phone for a senior citizen at home and its a basic phone that they use. By jacking up the bill to 300/- is v wrong.

@ViCustomerCare i had raised multiple complaints for corona vaccination pre call Callertunes, my complaint has been closed saying that it mandatory as per Department of Telecom, they cannot stop Callertunes But this guidelines is not applied on postpaid user Porting soon
