    @ViCustomerCare A pathetic experience your VI Store service was! Thats why you lost customers with poor strategy. Today I went to your Nursery Circle, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur VI store for Porting my Number in to your Network. Firstly, there were no staff instead of 2 only. (1/4)

    @ViCustomerCare I am not happy with VI for not having any consumer support #TRAI #ConsumerRights . Very poor service . Not satisfied with this service and don't want to continue for further services.

    @ViCustomerCare #No care for customer of 20years. MY no 9924296156 stopped due to non use 7 April 2026 .I recharged for 169 Rs Deta pack 3 month validity 8 GB on 11/4/2026.Now Vi says that it will strst only after other recharged of 199 Rs.! My 169 rs goes in drain.

    I recharged 48 rupees and promised that 6gb data will be provided, just an hour before, but I can't use the internet, when I checked out, said that I already consumed the data. there is no direct inquiry option is not been given to address my issue. VI loot me. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare 2+ months & still no working 5G on my postpaid with Vodafone Idea Limited. Fake “resolved” updates, but service is dead. Still being charged. Escalating to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India & Department of Telecommunications. Fix it or legal action next.

    @ViCustomerCare check field level. Virtually everything seems normal. The network has dropped so low that the phone is overheating, finally I am forced to use the sim keypad mobile from the smartphone. Nothing else will happen because of you.     @ViCustomerCare I ordered a prepaid SIM via the Vi app for Wagholi, Pune. A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update. Please deliver my SIM or refund.
