    @VodafoneIN please learn the concept of consent. A single button press cannot be both request & confirmation. I just got deducted 30 bucks for caller tunes coz apparently I pressed * when I called someone. And customer care is refusing refund #consent #noMeansNo

    @VodafoneIN Post 3of3: Havin said that, we are sad instead of angry, being treated like this. Spoilers for last. I contacted some of these exec. & their names are mentiond in next post. These r d people including the Twitter guys who let us down including the entire network.

    Pathetic network service in 4G @VodafoneIN and pathetic customer service ever and i know after this tweet vodafone agent will call me and asking few questions as always and than disconnect the call and no resolution will provide by them. Waiting for the call.
