    @ViCustomerCare Ur customer care centre representatives r helpful..but my network has gone from 4G to E.They said its a problem possibly in area.. will take roughly 3 days to solve..how can one live w/out data for 3 days..complaint should be resolved in 1 hour...1 day is max.

    @ViCustomerCare once again I'm facing internet 4g problems. On 18 Jul my problem was resolved with the same issue now I'm facing it again and getting only assurances but no actions. Can you do something or should I port please let me know.

    @ViCustomerCare today at kalol ( N. Guj) ur network is very poor. We r highlly tired from ur network problem till now. We do not heard caller person voice. So tired. We r suffering worst from ur service. Do fast repair ur problem either closed ur network

    For the last two weeks I am stuck abroad with no network. In spite of repeated conversations @ViCustomerCare have not provided any resolution so far. If this is how they treat a loyal customer of 10 years, no wonder customers are switching to other telecom providers.
