@VodafoneIN please learn the concept of consent. A single button press cannot be both request & confirmation. I just got deducted 30 bucks for caller tunes coz apparently I pressed * when I called someone. And customer care is refusing refund #consent #noMeansNo

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI For sending port out message from VI, it is mandatory to recharge with 179. Recently, TRAI mandate to telcos to provide sms facility irrespective of tariff offer. But VI is not following these protocols. Please help. Mobile-9013290237
