    @DoT_India @Secretary_DoT So far nothing has been moved insipite of auto-repeated mails from appellate authority. I have raised formal complaint withRef no DOTEL/E/2019/20934 @SanjayDhotreMP @VodafoneIN has given ultimatum to pay the false bill of 2500INR else connection will be discont.

    @ViCustomerCare I am paying for a 2GB daily data plan, but I am unable to use even 10MB a day because the network is practically non-existent. My phone has become useless—people cannot reach me, and when a call somehow connects, the voice breaks constantly, making communication impossible.

    @yabhishekhd @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare operators are already doing something like this. I tested it myself with the same device, network, and location, just switching between different plans. Postpaid versus prepaid showed a huge difference in internet speed.

    The incoming calls are either getting failed or ends with a beep sound. What disastrous network is @ViCustomerCare. Thinking to shift to other network ASAP.

    @yabhishekhd but how is this possible??? there is no network slicing in @ViCustomerCare as they still have NSA only, this is practicially not possible.

    @ViCustomerCare How can I connect to customer care? I have called @ 198 / 199 but there is only IVR. I want to talk with a representative and not the IVR. So how can I connect to solve my issue? @TRAI please help with basic service validity recharge.

    @ViCustomerCare The app is extremely slow and every recharge attempt is becoming a nightmare. Facing constant payment failures where money is deducted but recharge fails. Highly frustrated with this experience. Fix this and refund my pending amounts ASAP! DMed you the details @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare you have stopped outgoing citing no kyc, your store staff at RajaRajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru area untrained and keeps asking to do kyc again and again stating problem with Vi it systems. It's disappointing experience.
