    @VodafoneIN @TRAI @VodafoneGroup i call received morning 9.30am from VodafoneIN she told that if serviced deactivate then email corporate account , i want known to vodafone & company which written approval of our corporate you activate service having proof , this is fraud by vodafone kindly resolve

    @TRAI @VodafoneIN Inspite of repeated complaints network problem still persist. Unable to attend calls as t no ring at my end. Even interruption is observed while doing calls from outside. Difficult to receive even OTP through SMS. Why TRAI is silent on the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Lol this is the worst network ever, my bill was paid on 22nd December after which my services were still barred. Today is 5th January and none of your customer care executives know what’s happening and why it’s happening. They just keep making false promises.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViVodaidea Not able to send SMS . Tried calling customer care/ visiting VI Gallery/ Doing all sort of recharge nothing helped and there was no solution that anyone would know. I am out of India and cant send any SMS and stuck with that.@TraiIndia
