    @ViCustomerCare I’ve shared my details with you twice via DM, but still haven’t received any response. Are you guys seriously fooling customers? This is extremely frustrating . If this can’t be resolved, please help me switch my SIM back to my previous operator @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I also visited a Vi Store regarding this issue. The store staff informed me that I need to wait for 6 months, which is not acceptable as I urgently need this mobile number for my personal use.

    @ViCustomerCare I will escalate it through the Vi Appellate Authority, Department of Telecommunications/CPGRAMS and appropriate consumer grievance authorities, along with all bills, screenshots, complaint references and your responses as evidence.

    Switched to @ViCustomerCare from Jio & facing the worst experience ever! * Indoor: Zero network (cross symbol) * Outdoor: Barely 1 bar; even on full signal, call quality is pathetic * 4G voice/data is totally unusable Care asks to wait "few days" to 6 months! Fix it or port.
