@ViCustomerCare It’s been over 36 hours I received my VI sim. Why is it still dormant. It says ‘SIM NOT PROVISIONED’. Your customer care gave ‘PLEASE RESTART OPTION’ 😑

@ViCustomerCare please improve your network signal strength in my area. Poor internet connection & most of the calls getting voice drop. Most irritating network connection. Worst service 😡

Really very disappointed with your service @ViCustomerCare In our area (sultanpur, ghosi, Mau . Pincode - 275304) . We are facing lots of problem from last two weeks: poor internet , 2G browsing instead of 4G , network and no signal issue. Please fix it ASAP @ViCustomerCare
