    @ViCustomerCare Ur team nothing do anything only gives reports from office. &if it works why there r problems continuously arise. Really Vi will support customers. U ppl just want to expand business for increase ur salary. No voice clearance no internet no proper connectivity. Only fake scheme.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you. Kindly check who was that customer care exec who voluntarily said he was transferring to his senior but just kept the receiver aside. Call was thro’ 199.IVRS mentioned in a positive voice that customer care executives are available till 12 midnight. Reality disappoints

    @ViCustomerCare I'm frustrated with your Call, Network & Vi Store services from last one month. Regular Call Not Connective, Slow Internet Service. Vi Store experience was worst. They've asked me to change the SIM card after taking Aadhar card problem persist. Going to Port.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Data balance on my 9730425889 disappeared today from 23 GB to 0KB when there’s no download. Called customer care just now. I was told my call was being transferred to a senior but I cd feel he just kept receiver aside and disconnected after 8 min+ Poor service!
