Customers pay for a service, not forced announcements on every call. Please stop ruining the calling experience... tired #VodafoneIdea

Your executives gave vague and contradictory information about service plans, leading me to buy it under misleading circumstances while I was in a stressful situation. This certainly isn't the way! My primary number received call from your customer care and even after saying I want to remove the number. The customer care said it'll be resolved and and me back in the family plan. I want resolution for this.
