    @VodafoneIN instead of spending so much on re branding and advertisements focus on improving network quality. Vodafone user since 2012 and I’ll be switching to jio next month. And please don’t try to sell me your REDX plan. That is another level of fraud.

    I am a postpaid customer of @airtelindia, my sim ported @VodafoneIN, a year ago, I regularly pay 700 rs monthly, but rs 182 old Vodafone bill was left, I am ready to pay it online, @VodafoneGroup stores are closed due to corona in Thane , However my Airtel stopped the service.Y??

    @VodafoneIN I did a recharge and amount got debited from the card but it showed "transaction failed connection error", and recharge too failed, so I did a second recharge, which was successful. Pls help recover the first transaction amount.

    @VodafoneIN How come your monthly servers are down on Saturday? People standing in queue and waiting for their turn .. staff coming and rudely informing servers are down and it will take long time 2 to 3 hours.. Is this a way any professional organisations work??

    @VodafoneIN No need to spend 800 Cr for branding. Improve the service. Customers will come back automatically. Currently facing poor voice quality, repeated call drops, cross connection but no one in Voda seems to be concerned about it as repeated complaints fall on deaf ears.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea after raising several complaints no action from your team Forget about internet data you should first maintain your calling network Facing call receiving and call drop issues complaint id C004-83110435723 resolution by 19-Sep Today 22 still prblem is unsolved.

    @ViCustomerCare I hope you are not joking. How do you plan to reach me if your network strength is poor. Also without the VoLTE service your systems are configured to not allow normal calls to connect. Can you send a technician?

    @ViCustomerCare I have had it with your network now!! I am unable to use data connection for past 2-3 days. I raised a compliant and then it showed it was resolved after a few hours. But nothing was resolved!! There is always an issue with my internet connection, why?!
