Raised a billing dispute with @ViCustomerCare due to internal SIM blocking and delayed plan changes. A waiver given for Vi’s own issues was later reversed after port‑out, and a partial usage period was billed as a full month. Matter is under DoT appeal. #ConsumerRights #Vi
