    @ViCustomerCare My requirement was to send a message. I have recharged with 49 rs + 20 rs. Still I was not able to send a message. To send a message I had to recharge with 129 rs. After 1 message this recharge is not worth for me. Please make plans according to a customer need.

    @ViCustomerCare your data connectivity is the lowest of all the network in India. Shame on you. I had complained many times regrading 4g connectivity in my locality but you people are like enjoying my calls and promised to not to do anything. Please employ good engineers.

    @ViCustomerCare 3 days of suffering. SIMM is not working and have tried on other mobile devices as well. Will go to VI store for third time tomorrow. Let's see if they can fix it else number portability will be only option left. To and fro btw store and supp team @VodafoneGroup
