    I m following up with customer care and Vodafone Gallery Khoperkhairne Navi Mumbai Branch also sent out emails from last 2 months regarding Bill related issue but no use. Now they blocked my number. Seems like Twitter is the last option left. @VodafoneIN pls help.

    What a poor quality network of @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup, not able to use messages, data and calls even multiple call drops missed many telephonic interview coz of it, using from past 10 years same number n company but now it's time to change service provider. @SrBachchan @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN Terrible network problem in Samata Nagar, Thane west, Maharashtra. Call doesnot get connected at all. Instead of building 1 tower every hour, better improve signal quality of existing towers 🤬

    @ViCustomerCare kindly change my plan to 399 per month. Been trying to do it since yesterday but seems like either Customer care doesn't know how to do it or are simply incompetent. Vi app doesn't allow you to change plan if under family plan (which I've disbanded already)

    @ViCustomerCare i am unable to call on any brands or banks customer care no. Whenever i call, the call Drops within seconds. No resolution on 198. What should I do. I have to call my bank with my reg. mon no. But I cant. If I get fined, i will sue @ViCustomerCare in court.

    @ViCustomerCare : It's being more than 2 weeks my 2 numbers are facing issue. Unable to make a call from my house whereas all other service providers like @reliancejio and @airtelindia are working fine. Logged complaint 3 times but still no action taken. Can this be looked into?

    @ViCustomerCare Really fed up with your service, call drops, my voice not going to receiver, I ask people to call me at whatsapp. Internet does not work properly, I have to keep flight mode turning on and off for internet. Today I have done 84 days recharge, Should I port?

    @ViCustomerCare Pls solve my problem- vi sim not showing volte service in my mobile, where as same handset showing volte in jio sim,bt not showing vi sim. I also updated my vi sim yesterday, bt nt solved prb.

    Part 3 /5 @ViCustomerCare However the 1st month issue got resolved. Now again for the second month, we are facing the same issue. Now the bill amount is ₹ 885. We went to local Vi store, called Aasha , called customer care, emailed you'll but no response.
