    @ViCustomerCare Sad to you have the worst customer service I have ever seen. You have blocked incoming and outgoing from the mobile number even if there are balance. What a pathetic company!!!

    @ViCustomerCare Paid 299 almost a week ago, balance is still 0. Followed up daily, even visited your store, still no resolution. Now its enough, you can keep my money, i will think i was robbed by a petty thug. And also have to say, this was my worst and most pathetic customer experience ever.

    @ViCustomerCare don't trust this network how many I complained bit nobody is resolving my issue. I m facing too slow internet for 1 month. But they are only calling and saying the issue will resolve,but till now the problem is as it is. Now I won't recharge vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Scam Vi customer care false information I reach today 99 rs outgoing SMS failed Cc says me recharge 128 outgoing SMS issue resolved and u get extra validity 28 (99)+28(128) =56 days But no extra validity I lost my money It's totally scam

    @ViCustomerCare Why am I asked to convert my prepaid sim to postpaid after I lost my sim. Vi Parel, Mumbai store is rude and employee are ******. Ms. Pooja is harassing everyone there. Kindly look into matter.

    @ViCustomerCare From my account, account balance was more than ₹120. Unnecessary balance got deducted without any intimation. Request you to refund all deducted amount to my account right now. Otherwise,raise complaint to National Consumer Forum. Vi Number: 7076326290.
