@ViCustomerCare even after a recharge, my sim is not activated, i called customer support and they said, it will start working in a few hrs. But it's more than 48hrs, but still I'm not able to call anyone.

@ViCustomerCare if you don't reply to complaints/queries in inbox, why do you keep your inbox open ? So frustrating. Network issues occur so frequently. I'll have to change my telecom service provider.

Tried switching my Vi postpaid to prepaid after 6 months. Had to visit the store 4–5 times due to “server issues.” Finally, was forced to buy a ₹365 plan and pay in cash only — no UPI accepted. Many customers facing the same. @ViCustomerCare
