    @ViCustomerCare my VI number is out of service since 6 days! I called your customer care, they give commitments to resolve but no use. I am not able to effect an imp transaction since i cant receive OTP as the number is out of service. Horrible situation!

    @ViCustomerCare Received the worst data speeds for the int roaming pack for US. Raised complaints CC04-132857993464 & C004-133403546167 - no response . Pls provide refund since the data speeds were extremely poor with no help or support in spite of raising issues .

    I am currently in Qatar and have my India number active. Pay my bills on time. I have been paying these bills just to maintain the number since 5 yrs now and there is no action taken from your side to attend to my complaint. Irresponsible @ViCustomerCare
