  @ViCustomerCare This is really a big concern, .My Complaint # 4-115775102330 is already closed by your network tram without providing the solution ..Vodaphone customer care is disgusting , poor customer service. How can you close complaint without resolution and without confirmation from client.

  @ViCustomerCare Worst experience of Idea in last 10 years. Logged a complaint regarding internet slowness issue but their lier employee put false resolution on my complaint 4-115425139594. I think they like such lier employees, who are making fool to their customers. Porting now.

  @ViCustomerCare Vi app doesn't work properly it makes me automatically log out on daily basis... Shows same information again and again... Because your internet is very slow in my area...
