    @ViCustomerCare I finally decided to switch to a better network. If tomorrow my issue is not resolved then you will lose a Postpaid Customer. I already created a complaint and here is the complaint reference number : C004-115201133897

    @ViCustomerCare Guys I am getting amazing speeds of 15-20Mbps while downloading apps or watching videos. But the latency/ping & stability while gaming is very bad. Don't know what's the problem but can you give me a solution? I don't face this issue with any other operator.
