    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your hopeless help and support, do check my revert. 3rd class services of Vi, @reliancejio is way better. Atlease they do not merge the recharge benifits even though user recharge twice or until agree to activate both plans simultaneously.

    @ViCustomerCare your agent instead of activating an IR pack on my secondary number tried to activate the Pack on my primary which already had a pack activated. I was then charged as per the Always On Feature on my secondary number which I reported promptly to support. My due date is tomorrow & the case is still open. Please assist urgently @TRAI
