  Breaking news for all Vodafone Idea customers!! Be right below the server to get connectivity. That’s what told by the technician to me “Your home is 150mts away from the server location, that’s why there is a connectivity issue”. Wow, thank you @ViCustomerCare 4 letting me know.

  @ViCustomerCare I am also intending to switch using online services. Not sure how long it takes for your executive to arrive with a #SIM. Last time I tried to port in, the executive never came in despite repeated reminders and I had to visit the store and make double payment.
