  @ViCustomerCare I reset all my network settings, cleared data on phone app, phone services app and call management (Manage Calls) app. Then I restarted my phone. Now I'm able to make calls. Please do find the root cause of the issue. Especially, the error for my callers.

  @ViCustomerCare pathetic service. Changed my postpaid plan without informing me. This has happened 2nd time. Executive says plans have been discontinued. Other numbers are still having the lesser amount plans. Stupidity. Porting number. Will not pay my excess bill. Enough is enuf
