    @VodafoneIN I complnd in vodafne customer care agnst some issues & problems in my vodafne sim crd and they told we do it ok as in few 3 days and after that today their is above 15 days my problem not solved.due to this I can say that vodafne nothing more than a damn/rubbish ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿป

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial more than 3 months later the problem remains unresolved. Your executives accept the billing is incorrect, but claim your billing team insists itโ€™s correct. I am asking for an explanation of the bill, but no one can offer any. Is this how it works?

    @ViCustomerCare This problem is not a specific number problem it's a collective problem for many users so establish a Vi network in my area. Location+Village-Barwan Ratti Patti, Sub Division -Belthara Road, District -Ballia UP East,Pin :-221716 Kindly look into this problem a fix this ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare Poor network in our area. Calls often donโ€™t connect, voice quality is unclear, and internet service is unreliable. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. World is living in 5G and you guys seems like 2G

    @ViCustomerCare You have disconnected a number without cause or notification. Your customer care line puts me in queue and then disconnects after sometime. Your store tells me to call customer care.
