    @VodafoneIN I complnd in vodafne customer care agnst some issues & problems in my vodafne sim crd and they told we do it ok as in few 3 days and after that today their is above 15 days my problem not solved.due to this I can say that vodafne nothing more than a damn/rubbish 🙏🏻👎🏻

I ported to your service from Bsnl, the sim provided was faulty and lesser I know boarded flight to different country, now been 4 months no resolution, customer care is so pathetic keep asking same documents again and again. Can’t do bank transfer nothing . Worst ever

    @Indianinfoguide When your data provides such poor speeds, why do you increase your prices by looking at Jio and Airtel? If you can't provide speeds like theirs, why charge like them @ViCustomerCare?

    My number is still not activated despite multiple visits to the Vi Gallery. I was told the only option is to convert it to postpaid, else discard the number. This is unacceptable. Please help resolve this urgently @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I want to use VI but in our village there is 0 network at all. We want tower in our village. If you'll install tower then you'll cover 200+ users and 100+ can be potential users.

    Funny how @ViCustomerCare calls me 2-3 times daily for recharge reminders, but after multiple complaints about poor network speed and calling issues, complete silence. If only customer service worked as fast as your collection team. @ViCustomerCare
