    @VodafoneIN I complnd in vodafne customer care agnst some issues & problems in my vodafne sim crd and they told we do it ok as in few 3 days and after that today their is above 15 days my problem not solved.due to this I can say that vodafne nothing more than a damn/rubbish 🙏🏻👎🏻

    Hey .. yesterday i recharged on my number with 349rs..as my sim was not in use since so many days so I recharged but my sim is not showing network..my money was deducted @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare my num is out of service as I didn't rcg frm couple of months. But today I rchrgd my phn with 169 without knowing, and it didn't extend my validity. Can you pls help cancel th rcg and refund? So i can then use it to rcg whatever is valid amount of rcg?

    @ViCustomerCare Please take action urgently . 5G Network with 3 Bar but Internet with in 10kbps speed. Some time Network fully vanish . Even after Network serch not show any VI network.

    @ViCustomerCare , I've already got my lost SIM barred, but I'm being asked to visit a Vi Store for a duplicate SIM. I live in a rural area with no nearby store and, due to health issues, I'm unable to travel long distances. If Vi can send representatives for new SIMs, why not 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare Not receiving prompt response from your team. They dont understand the harassment and urgency. Will need to file a complaint in the consumer forum or with ztRAI.

    @ViCustomerCare This repeated delay is extremely frustrating. I've already paid for the service but haven't received the SIM. Please look into this urgently and either deliver my SIM immediately or provide a proper resolution. I can share my order details via DM. #Vi #MNP #CustomerService
