    @VodafoneIN I complnd in vodafne customer care agnst some issues & problems in my vodafne sim crd and they told we do it ok as in few 3 days and after that today their is above 15 days my problem not solved.due to this I can say that vodafne nothing more than a damn/rubbish ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿป

    @ViCustomerCare See , I am complaining since many years but you are not improving your service . There is only one Network tower in my area which are so for away from my home i am telling you to install one Vi tower in my area because i am not getting even 4g network forget about 5g.

    @ViCustomerCare First of all make your hellotune services free... Because All other network operator are giving it free. While u are charging your customers.

    Iโ€™m extremely disappointed with your service. I spoke to your customer care team, but unfortunately, their response and support were just as poor as the network service itself. I have been facing continuous issues and have reached a point of complete frustration. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Recently I have ordered a new sim which was about to deliver door step but they denied to do so. And when I contacted to customer care they said to wait till tommorow and same answer I got for 3 days continuously at last I cancelled the order. #vi
