Hi @ViCustomerCare, There is no improvement in your network, even after repeated complaints, there is no solution from your side. Your network team informed me that there is fault in my handset, I immediately changed my handset but still there is no improvement in network.

@ViCustomerCare 1/2 Please don't give false promises to customers and cheat... On 26th Jan Evening ... I got a call from +91 40-71589633 and the executive name was Naresh and employee ID was naresh12. He has given a resolution and which was recorded in the call.

Hi @airtelindia, I have been unable to access the internet for almost 2 weeks, it's very slow in the evenings. I have already complained in my airtel app but no solution. If this is going in the future, I'm switching to @ViCustomerCare .

Wtf, sim blocking system of @ViCustomerCare! Why & how is #DigitalIndia failed? The reasons are here. Customer Care is unable to suspend the services of my SimCard. They are sending OTP to other numbers which i don't know at all. Technology is a big problem in India

@ViCustomerCare Hello Vi Care, whenever I dial out from my Vi Postpaid #, the Volte switches off(at the top status bar). I am using it in the Sim-1 slot and VolTe option is activated in Network Settings. The same DOES NOT happen for my Airtel connection.

Recharge on 20 jan 2023 since i can’t make a call and receive also.I was trying to talk to vi customer but I didn’t any response.Try this no.198,199.I was thinking that vi is a good professional network but it services worst please kindly help or do something @ViCustomerCare
