    @ViCustomerCare I’ve shared my details with you twice via DM, but still haven’t received any response. Are you guys seriously fooling customers? This is extremely frustrating . If this can’t be resolved, please help me switch my SIM back to my previous operator @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Why has Vi suddenly blocked incoming SMS/OTP while roaming abroad and started asking for 118? Your website says incoming SMS on International Roaming are free. Why charge customers now for a service that was working until yesterday?

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_ Compare to other operator your plan are much higher and there is not a single plan on behalf of cusomer , and we are forced everytime to go for an service validity plan . It's our choice what we choose , you should give better option .Take note of it please .

    @ViCustomerCare my number is showing “no service” since last two days. It happened last week and started on its own. Not again same thing. Work n personal life is getting disrupted because of this.
