@ViCustomerCare You all always make such comments that your concern has been escalated or has been discussed rest assured but you never work on that and always make such fake comments I have been raising network issue which is very very bad at my location I'm working from home I don't have WiFi.

@ViCustomerCare You r a desperate Co. Since the time I have decided to port out I have been getting atleast 15 calls in a day. Why didn't I receive so many calls when I was facing issues with your network??? U losers will end up being desperate because u fail to fix your network

@ViCustomerCare Dear Team, I already informed that in our location 4G network is very week at ground floor. Kindly check the issue else I have to port to Jio. Jio is far better than Idea. Location- Galsi ( Paschim para) PIN- 713406 I am really frustrated to use VI network.
