    Gross negligence by @ViCustomerCare! MNP SIM delivered on 8th June, active on 10th, but NO network. Cust care says "SIM is damaged, visit store." Why should a solo woman travel to another town because VI delivered a faulty SIM? ₹365 recharge wasted, 7 days lost! Fix this ASAP!

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I purchased a new Vi SIM over two weeks ago, but it is still not activated. I have contacted multiple Vi stores, but the issue remains unresolved. This delay is causing inconvenience. Please look into the matter and activate my SIM at the earliest. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare You admitted the store agent’s error, yet my number 79765XXXXX is still suspended. No incoming/outgoing calls and no resolution. Kindly restore services immediately instead of giving contradictory responses.
