    @ViCustomerCare If you spend 1/100th of your time and energy that you spend on sending endless SMSs (I have received 27 SMSs in three days) to remind people to pay a 399 Rupee bill, in providing service to customers, the World would be a better place. Covid 19 would abate soon.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear idea,There is no signal power in my area since 6 months u can check in below screenshot yesterday and complaining in VI APP without resolving issue they r closing complaint.Dont show the TV Ads fastest giganet when u have such low signal in networks

    @ViCustomerCare Hello! Your complaint dated 23-Apr-2021 10:04:22 AM with reference number C004-115831860691 is registered. We assure resolution by 27-Apr-2021 10:10:03 AM.....this compliant is closed without resolution and nobody has contacted me.....very poor from VI

    @ViCustomerCare My father's number doesn't have networks since yesterday. Every important thing is linked with that number. Can you please help. I'm told that we need to replace the sim but your stores aren't opened in Delhi so have been asked to wait till the lockdown opens.

    @ViCustomerCare what type of care u r doing if call to ur care number they put on hold or disconnect the call instead providing solution my internet not working and its a repeated issue but u doing nothing rather than fake commitment @TRAI look into it

    @ViCustomerCare thanks vi for deducting rs 49 and not refunding it later by giving stupid excuse that i called costumer care late after 24 hours. Hope you can donate oxygen cylinders to needy with my 49 rupees.
