    (1/n) @ViCustomerCare I have done a recharge of Rs. 99 in my mobile no. Now if i want to send sms from my number,why I am unable to send?? Previously there were no issues,was able to send sms and the amount was deducted from my main balance.

    @ViCustomerCare If the problem is not resolved and the recharge has not been done within 24 hours, I will be forced to do MNP to some other service provider. I am not afford to lose the connectivity. You can easily lose one customer by non-cooperating Urgent Action is solicited.

    @ViCustomerCare I have contacted the customer care 199 and spoke t there at around 10.00 pm. He was not ready to escalate the call to the higher up. Today, 05-01-2022, at 12.26pm I spoke to your customer care executive was also not ready to escalate the call to managerial level.

    @ViCustomerCare facing bad internet services since last 3 days infact I'm doing this tweet by connecting another network. Facing Low internet speed and Bad network strength only 2-3 signals are there. Solve this as soon as possible or I'm gone to port to @JioCare
