@VodafoneIN Such assurances have been given since long. How come, all my service requests getting closed citing 'customer not contactable' despite clear instructions that my SR should not get closed w/o confirmation this time. I need resolution not ticket closure, this is how you meet SLAs.

@ViCustomerCare i have recharged two times to call a toll free number, i got 1.40 as talk time balance!! 4 data packs active & a clr tune. Ur representative asks to put an email. They are totally blank. It is easy to disconnect a call on a voice process which they did. Any help?
