    @VodafoneIN Such assurances have been given since long. How come, all my service requests getting closed citing 'customer not contactable' despite clear instructions that my SR should not get closed w/o confirmation this time. I need resolution not ticket closure, this is how you meet SLAs.

    @ViCustomerCare Voda service & app is below the third quality service, I ever seen. I feel shamed around people. My rating is 0.002 out of 100. it's all my frustration toward #vodafoneidea. I always say to other, do not buy Voda SIM cards, buy another company but don't make mistake to buy voda.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello! Your complaint for Network Coverage with reference number GUJ-V00639534428 is registered. Your complaint will be processed by 29 Sep 21 09.03 AM. Also internet is very poor condition.
