    @VodafoneIN Such assurances have been given since long. How come, all my service requests getting closed citing 'customer not contactable' despite clear instructions that my SR should not get closed w/o confirmation this time. I need resolution not ticket closure, this is how you meet SLAs.

    @ViCustomerCare is providing very bad service. Calls are not connecting and receiving. Calls dropping in the middle of conversation. I did complain to customer care but they did not help me. Please let me know how to port to other network
