    I think CEO @akshayamoondra is also sleeping he have no care for there customer, he is same as VI customer care, make silent when customer ask about sevice issue, same on you VI, @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I have now a sim i cant use i am abroad as well. The rep should have told me clearly that in Safe custody it means you will not have an active sim. If that was the case i would have opted for another solution.

    @ViCustomerCare I m being charged by VI for many months for my payment via VI billing for my Google one service. Google charges me rs. 650 pm including tax Whereas VI is charging me Rs. 754 pm plus tax. Unfair. No explanation by VI team. I want resolution please. @GoogleIndia

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India i am using Vi sim and it has happened multipl times that balance has been deducted from my account on behalf of 'activation value added services' like sports pack, songs pack etc. which I never request 1/2
