@VodafoneIN The worst customer service in postpaid connection i have ever seen.Not getting a issue resolved regarding a deactivation of a number since May month rather without using that connection i have getting bills every month since May. Kindly do connect to resolve.

Stayed loyal to @ViCustomerCare for 25 years — guess I just enjoyed dropped calls, zero data & endless “we’re looking into it” replies. After 2 years of no resolution, finally switched. They clearly believed in testing customer patience, not networks.

@ViCustomerCare I see many articals Vi says then can't running long time in future, bla bla bla. Why not ! Your network performance is so poor in 2025. Why costomers join with your network ? Ok you still in 4G but it's speed less than 3G. Fixd this otherwise one day Vi will stop.
