@VodafoneIN The worst customer service in postpaid connection i have ever seen.Not getting a issue resolved regarding a deactivation of a number since May month rather without using that connection i have getting bills every month since May. Kindly do connect to resolve.

@ViCustomerCare I had applied for selective DND to stop getting robo calls and automated calls from your Vi app. In return now my outgoing is hampered and I can't make any calls as it says call barring service in enabled in my handset and how?? I can't even call on 198 to talk!

@ViCustomerCare , You know why you are losing customers every quarter becoz even staying in a city like Bangalore your internet is worst. No payment app works while paying to merchants. That is why jio and airtel are preferable by everyone in this country.

@ViCustomerCare Frustrated with customer service experience of VI mobile. Prerecorded message is not removed despite of paying outstanding on 28th and staff at customer care are so much irresponsible and laid back that despite of calling twice issue is not resolved. 9899211499

@ViCustomerCare Till now I didn't got any reply or call, but I came to know that you people are closing your 4G site's from few areas, due to this many customers are facing network issues. You simply revert with auto replies only.
