Dharmendra Kumar (@dharamhbtik) reported@ViCustomerCare 3/ When I contacted Vi, I was told that IR could only be activated by sending an SMS from the same SIM. Think about that for a moment. No network ➜ No SMS. No SMS ➜ No IR. No IR ➜ Still no network. A perfect catch-22.
