    @VodafoneIN Since last 3 nights, 12 am, network goes down, almost entire night its No service ! You guys are loosing customers there is nothing you doing about it !

    Too much problems of Network at Junagadh Circle Office of #GETCO We are using your CUG Card of @VodafoneIN. Call Drop Problems, Voice Calling Issue,No 4G network,Even very slow 2G network. Do Something about this @VodafoneIN . @Junagadh

    @ViCustomerCare On ₹579 plan, data cuts from 2GB limit & stops when over, despite full 5G signal. Done all steps told by your executives. Don't blame my 5G phone, signal is full. This is your backend mapping glitch. Fix it ASAP! #Vi5G

    Can anybody tell me, which agency delivers Vi home delivery SIM. I'm waiting for three days, but no-one calls or tries to connect with me. This is very frustrating. @ViCustomerCare also unable to help. Feeling helpless. Already paid the first recharge amount online.

    @ViCustomerCare just now there was call frm ur side, even though there was network service issue so I can't communicate with representative. Plz see d location in complaint lodged on app. SKNH hospital Narhe411041. Othr service provider hv network & not for Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare The app is extremely slow and every recharge attempt is becoming a nightmare. Facing constant payment failures where money is deducted but recharge fails. Highly frustrated with this experience. Fix this and refund my pending amounts ASAP! DMed you the details @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I want to bring your attention to a problem I m facing. My father has 2 sim and his Vi sim doesn't have outgoing call and when I contacted the vi support I was said that since I wasn't making any calls from them the outgoing call has been barred due to inactivity.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for the response. I have already shared the issue multiple times through customer care and email but no resolution has been provided yet. Requesting refund/reversal since the recharge amount was deducted but the service is still unusable.

    Hello Team, I am currently in Saudi Arabia and trying to activate my eSIM. First, I recharged with 898 plan, but it started showing “Call Barring” issue. After that, I recharged again with 199 plan, but the same problem is still @airtel @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare VILPower has the most unsupportive and non responsive support that I have ever seen. I am running behind them from the last 4 days to just get a damn header registered for OTP SMS. They are rejecting for all invalid reasons. Complete harassment game.

    @ViCustomerCare My SIM is already updated and working perfectly on 5G with no damage or loss issue. Still, I keep receiving repeated calls from the Nallasopara West ST Depot branch asking me to update the SIM again. Please stop these unnecessary calls. @TRAI
