    @VodafoneIN How can u directly activate call forwarding without customers consent.. n worst part is i cant even call the call centre to resolve ny problem. Facing major outgoing and incoming call issues.. neither can call anyone nor is anyone able to call me. Plz contact asap

    @VodafoneIN Since the past 3 months, I have been getting extremely poor network reception at my home, and this issue is faced by all Vodafone subscribers. I get only one bar of network and that too, it is not 4G or 3G; it is Edge. Kindly send your network engineer to my address.

    @VodafoneIN Inspite of multiple reminders nothing has happened, Vodafone simply called, apologized and continued with 4th class service, I need network to make and receive call, how difficult for you people to improve your network. #Shameless @airtelindia @JioCare @idea_cares @VodafoneIN

    @TRAI @VodafoneIN I am 14 year old customer. Vodaphone is charging for Intl roaming services which has not been used as Vodaphonehas issue and now they are not taking corrective action nor allowing me to speak to senior.Can someone plz help urgently. Nor I can call their helpline

    @VodafoneIN converted postpaid to prepaid at your store. They said insert SIM a half hour later, call 59059 when network shows. 5 hours later your call centre says this will take 3 days. All of this is so disappointing. Time to go to Jio I guess.

    @VodafoneIN Hi, I have put sim on another mobile of 4g type & sim worked but my aunt has Samsung duos. In this the sim is not catching any network automatic or manual. Kindly do something urgently

    @ViCustomerCare fed up of your sms that are repetitive and come after every 2 hours.i am your customer since year 2000.why send me unwanted sms? Also uninstalling VI app due to notifications every now and then. You are irritating every moment now.

    @ViCustomerCare Even after more than a week I don't have resolution of my issue. Complaint just gets closed and reopened and I just get standard answer everytime. I will wait for max 1 week or I am simply going to port my number in @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. I am fed up of this nonsense.

    @ViCustomerCare I still have no bars for my network and can’t receive calls and messages it’s been more than a week since I am back in India!!! Pathetic! Didn’t have proper network in USA & Canada too! used my husbands airtel roaming most of the times to make voice calls there!
