@RavinderTakkar @VodafoneIN we r almost in 2020, you still expect customer to visit store to change billing plan. #Jio sends rep at home. App is so substandard it doesn't allow to update family plans and directs to web page for MNP. Seek help from my agency @Brandniti @TheQuint

@VodafoneIN @Idea A new mobile number activation has taken 5 calls to your customer service and sales person. The best part is that call center agent had put me on hold for 51 minutes when I insisted on speaking to his supervisor! From Good to Bad is the state!!

@ViCustomerCare 4-125741159892 has been going on for as long as 6 days now. First they cannot see the attachment and then they need 72 hours. How about think of the customer and update it at the earliest. This is what you get for the loyalty you show the company. Horrendous.
