    @VodafoneIN I'm facing very big network issue on my Vodafone, i can't attend my online classes i can't download anything, i can't browse on internet. Network is automatically off. Your team is unresponsive, if you don't solve my problem i will definitely port my number into another network.

    @airtelindia , I want to swtich to your network from my current network of @VodafoneIN because of their pathetic call quality and internet connectivity. But due to lockdown I can't move out please support. Hope I don't feel the same after switching to your network.

    @ViCustomerCare My number was deactivated due to KYC issues. I only want to reactivate the same number with fresh KYC, but the Vi executive is insisting that I take a postpaid connection with at least 2 lines. Why is this being made mandatory? Please help resolve

    @ViCustomerCare My vi sim automatically stopped working. No external damage, no warning. Vi store says that old sims stop working after a few years. Shouldn't there be a warning for the users? Especially in today's age when most of the accounts including banking depend on phones?
