@airtelindia , I want to swtich to your network from my current network of @VodafoneIN because of their pathetic call quality and internet connectivity. But due to lockdown I can't move out please support. Hope I don't feel the same after switching to your network.

Dear @Idea @VodafoneIN itta kharch jo advertisement me krte ho, Kuch kharcha uska network sudharne me v kr do. Experiencing worst network.. Calldrop to aise hota jaise baap ka raaj hai. Network har 10 min me 5-6 min k liye gayab. Net speed itta kharab ki post v upload ni ho rha😤

Worst service provided by @ViCustomerCare , previously you had to pay for the outgoing calls, but now we also need to pay for the SMS 🙄, now all your OTPs coming to mobile, and for verification you need an SMS. Even your customer service is not good😠

Hi @ViCustomerCare I am facing connectivity issue and have complained 3 times and the issue is not getting resolved. The speed is low and Gets connected and disconnect alternately in 2-3 minutes. After approx 1km the signal is very weak doesn't work.

@ViCustomerCare yesterday had conversation in customer care.while conversation concern executive without taking my consent he transferred my call to supervisor than I have waited for 3 minutes bt no one picked call and my call disconnected. Is this your professionalism?shame on u
