    @ViCustomerCare different representatives are giving different answers. One guy tells me that my prepaid service is stopped despite payment made for 3 months, because I have disputed post paid bill.

    @ViCustomerCare Your regular reminders are nothing but harassment when you know that no bill will be paid without service. Your uneducated customer service representative are not helping either. How you want to resolve it ia up to you.

    @ViCustomerCare Whenever I call someone, that covid callertune always come. It's been 2 years to covid then too also. It has become irritating now. It takes 20 secs to end. What if someone has emergency to call. Please stop it otherwise I'll change my network .

    @ViCustomerCare another representative yesterday told me that my sim is of Delhi circle so Vi will only provide network in Delhi. Is this how telecoms are working? Do I need to buy different sim for each State now?

    @ViCustomerCare 1&half month i have facing the call drop issue evry time they say your issue will be solved but none can solve evry tike my call is dropping its getting irritating if you cant handel this issue then guide me to port my sim to @JioCare or @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare SHAME ON YOU. using cheap tactics to prevent customers from porting out. Having people call us and say “ you’ve registered for port out twice. Unless you cancel one, it won’t go through. Please send Cancel to 1900”. My trust in you was low but now..
