    @ViCustomerCare hi, i need to know why am i being charged for unnecessary subscription(Telsync Games) which i have never opted for? Last month on August 14th i was charged 25 Rs and now this month on 18 September i was charged 10 Rs again without my consent.

    Surprised with the loot by Vi @ViCustomerCare . After opting for IR for 3 days instead of a week they now tell me that it was only for a day and charge me triple ! Thankfully we have other providers so easy to shift to them. As it is Vi service is pathetic.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, i need to know why am I being charged for unnecessary gaming subscription (contakt games and Telsync Games) fees for which i have never opted and my balance have been deducted on two occasions (25 Rs on 14th August and 10 Rs on 18 September 2022).
