@ViCustomerCare There is but no option to give up on you because what you are doing is atrocious in terms of service. Literally I have been forced to opt for 2 Vi postpaid nos and that too by porting my jio no for the second sim. Just for changing the ownership I had 2 go through such harassment

@ViCustomerCare My SIM card has been blocked. It’s asking for PUK no. I am unable to make any calls or message. Your customer care tells me to dial 199 to get the PUK no. I have messaged you and mailed you, still the same reply. Unable to dial 199.

@ViCustomerCare Half of things running smoothly and half of things are not even opening while browsing. What kind of service is this? Volte not working, Sites are opening and others are taking ages to load. Such a horrible experience. Will port of Vi soon.
