    @ViCustomerCare I'm using a VI 5G unlimited plan on my Realme device in Sarkhej,Ahmedabad (Gujarat). My phone shows a 5G network, but data is still being deducted from my daily pack instead of unlimited 5G. I've already raised a complaint, but the issue isn't resolved yet.

    @ViCustomerCare Why don’t you fix your customer care first?? You have said I’ve used 50% of 300 gb international roaming in one day! And all I’ve done is answer emails and WhatsApp’s.

    @ViCustomerCare Just now Vi social media team connected with me to discuss the issue and ordering to pay the pending postpaid amount. They are saying that Vi team is big network and can't track the person who asked to convert to postpaid. It's unacceptable from Vi network team
