    @ViCustomerCare One of the worst service provider . Today I have replace my POST PAID SIM around 4 pm and I have wasted 1 hours for documents verification and photo . Now when I inquired on 199 for my new SIM activation they told me that your documentation are pending.

    @ViCustomerCare Because of your inefficient staff and poor service why I should suffer . At your store there are six counter but only two staff are working . Now because of staff mistake my new SIM are not activated . My sms are blocked .

    Last night outgoing calls and internet validity was showing 6 days left even today morning same thing was showing in d app n app is up to date. Then y suddenly og calls n internet stopped working? Bullshit service from @ViCustomerCare @ViVodaidea

    I made a big mistake by getting International roaming recharge by @ViCustomerCare . I got no signals and no data and they are not ready to refund. I spent Rs 4695/ all gone down the drain.
