@ViCustomerCare We advise give you 4G service instead of 2G service. Paid for 4G and received 2G. 7 customers are going to port the number.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, we had this same problem for which i kept complaining for one month in April. Finally after hundred calls to your customercare we received one call from the technical team and the issue was resolved by them. 7 days later we have the same issue again. This is unacceptable.
