  @ViCustomerCare It's been 10 days in pune and I'm struggling so much for good internet. It's network is so bad here. Pune is one of the IT hubs yet VI network is so terrible here.And customer care did nothing even when i contacted them so solve this Internet problem. I have already dm my number.

  @ViCustomerCare Still network bar is 2 yet Vi have not resolved the issue too bad and poor service of Vi network, internet net is not at all working

  @ViCustomerCare Hey! For last 12 hours my network in totally gone. I have tried everything from putting my phone on flight mode to removing and inserting my sim again. Please see to it. I'm a college student living far from my home it is very difficult for me to contact my family

  @ViCustomerCare OTP problem still not resolved , told that you will call but still not received any call except one yesterday which I had to cut bcz being on road, How will calling solve the issue ? Problem is from your side not mine ! Prsnl msg are coming only OTP not coming !
