A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update. Because of this error, there is no network coverage on this SIM. Now, the store is insisting that the SIM owner must come in person for biometric verification.
