  @ViCustomerCare I m using Vodafone my number from last more then 15 years and I must say that now Vi is giving pathetic network in India, zero customer service at store, very very disappointed I request to people do not buy Vi network at any cost

  Dear @JioCare, @ViCustomerCare and @BSNLCorporate, if this is how broadband support works elsewhere too, please let me know before I switch. After 3 days, 4 engineer visits and a “resolved” ticket with no internet, I’m evaluating my options.

  Unfortunately I have to bear your very irritating network for 90 days without iMessage and FaceTime. I made a big mistake by switching to Vi from Jio. Lifetime lesson for me. Thanks Vi for teaching me how NOT to choose a network @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare is there any ongoing issues with VI atm, my sim suddenly shows damaged and i dont receive any otp on phone + nothing in email either. I am on an international roaming. This is bery urgent

  @ViCustomerCare 3/ When I contacted Vi, I was told that IR could only be activated by sending an SMS from the same SIM. Think about that for a moment. No network ➜ No SMS. No SMS ➜ No IR. No IR ➜ Still no network. A perfect catch-22.
