    @ViCustomerCare seriously how slow your internet is ??...not able to load single image on this twitter app??. Not even fetching 20kbps .. This is not exactly I was looking for when I upgraded my post paid plan?? May be I'll port to jio or airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare Why Vi calls to any other Networks are not HD Calls while both Vi and Airtel/Jio are on Volte Networks.Please sort this out I can only use HD calls while Calling from Vi to Vi but All networks support Volte services so you must support all HD Calls @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare I guess this is the peak of all atrocities. I request you to activate an international roaming pack, and it doesn't work a bit when i travel internationally.. Raise multiple requests through the VI chat to resolve the same..but no response.

    @ViCustomerCare 3.5 GB data left out of 5 gb fixed data after consuming 1.5 gb daily data in my vi account 9351651881 but i am unable to use it Internet speed is too slow So please tell me why can't I use this fixed data

    @ViCustomerCare very disappointd with yr network in Guwahati.Our family membrs use VI.Thanx to u i had to borrow my cousin's data to tweet here.kindly Address your network issue as soon as possible. My data pack is a wastage this month.
