  @ViCustomerCare Agter 14 years with @ViCustomerCare, a month back exchanged my sim& that's when all the problems started and till date had spoke to customer service,backend tech support, multiple store visit s,non can fix this tech issue, planin to port to other service provider

  @ViCustomerCare Hi Vi, There is no network when I go inside the room. The signal on that area is very poor outside and people are porting. Address: United Highlands, Thubarahall Extn Road, Bangalore-560066. Please look into this poor network issue and fix a signal booster.

  Hello! I noticed one thing while travelling on the new east-west metro in Kolkata. As soon as I entered into the sealdah metro station I couldn’t get any signal. I travel in the north-south corridor frequently but I don’t face it there. Please resolve this. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare Unable to use Vi VoLTE on my number even after the settings are turned on, I'm using Galaxy S20 FE which supports Vi VoLTE and it's unavailable on my number! Did multiple restarts but unable to use. Kindly active my VoLTE Service on my Vi Number.Kindly takeaction
