@ViCustomerCare i am not getting 4G service from last 8 to 9 months. Pincode = 791001. Place = Along(Arunachal pradesh) But your network team has not resolved the issues. They just told me that there is site outage in my area. But Atleast fix it. And don't again reply me with bot messages.

@ViCustomerCare If this is the case, the recharge of the main balance of the customer should not be changed to the secondary balance, If this is still not possible, then please tell us what purpose the secondary balance can be used for.

@ViCustomerCare Facing 4g network problem from last 15 days. Nobody is interested to solve it. Just bullshit reasons are given. And worse is that there customer care assistance doesn't know the difference between 2g and 4g.
