Just got a call from @ViCustomerCare telling me that they cant confirm me at which date d issue will b resolved.They r yet to take permission from senior team.o gosh ! You havent taken any permission yet so I think this issue will take more than a week.Time to port then....

@ViCustomerCare I made 4 complain about 4g issue, unfortunately unskilled staff not handle the network issue and I think they can not do in future.and give the wrong information about rectification. And no one are verify fully careless, hopeless, so by by Vi , already I made MNP thank you.

@ViCustomerCare I read on internet about vi network speed and i bought the sim ....but i am totally disappointed... speed is very slow ... even i am unable to browse anything...i complaint also but nothing happened 👎👎👎...my money is wasted.

@ViCustomerCare unable to send sms through my phone. Customer care informs me that i have to recharge for a minimum of 129 rs to be able to send sms. This is an extortion. I am not able to send sms for porting out if vodafone. Please help @DoT_India
