    @ViCustomerCare I want to port my number to vi but right now I don’t have proof of address as I have just changed my residence but I have proof of identity so is it enough to get a new SIM card deliver to my new address without any issues ?

    @ViCustomerCare I've read that, but my question was: Why wasn't it permitted for prepaid customers? I see that other service providers, such as @airtelnews @reliancejio , are permitting!

    @ViCustomerCare It's over now! Already switched to Airtel now after huge harassment & disappointment from the Customer Care! But I am Glad that at least the Social Media team is taking pain to interact with the consumers and trying to address their grievances.

    @ViCustomerCare My number is 9898878926 i am very disappointed to say that as a reputed telecome company.your service r very poor than expected. U should take steps to ensure tht consumers enjoy flawless internet service and networks i will go consumer cort if you do not solve
