  @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS u hv charged me for a service that u hvnt been able to provide. Vodafone roaming service is sad. cudn't use it beyond 5days on my trip & had2 manage with wifi etc. Disgusting. ur automated mail responses are useless!!! Pls resolve my bills asap!!

  But as of now I am sure that I will not continue with @ViCustomerCare after my pack is over if I didn't get any solution before expiring of my current pack,it is been total waste of my plan.If you guys want be in the race then this is not the way to compete with others.
