@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS still on top with wrost services and most costliest network.. We can't afford multiple recharges for validity, outgoing callas and text msgs.. From today onwards am stop using @VodaIdea_NEWS and trying port with another operator..

@ViCustomerCare I am not able to call 1800xxxxxxx, 1860xxxxxx numbers as the IVR says the number you have called is a wrong number, i am facing difficulty in contacting customer, Your jaahil gawar agent asked me to reset APN for solving the problem. Fix it soon.

@ViCustomerCare I have ported my SIM to VI and now I know volte is not available... Internet disconnects while calling or messaging. Can't register for UPI transaction. Customer care says, volte is not available. And they don't know when I will get VOLTE. Feeling stuck..

@ViCustomerCare Terrible network, Vodafone. Bwlow 8kb/s while browsing. Often at 0.1-0.2kb/s. Reminds me of my 2G days.
