    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I have complained from last July 2021 regarding network issue. Still problem not solved. Each tweet the VI executive calls and cheating that they will solve the issue in short time. Very rubbish service and network both.

    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Thanks DOT. Vodaphone should be penalized for not calling the customer and taking his consent for plan upgradation from 149 to 299 To increase the ARPU they are defrauding customers.

    @ViCustomerCare worst service ever I experienced. 9376071192 this is my number and it is off from last 48 hours for no reason. I tried everything like changing sim port, mobile phone etc etc. I tried another company sim in the same sim port and that works fine

    @ViCustomerCare currently i am out of india and have lost my sim , Saudi has banned traveling directly coming from india so I can not travel .. I need new sim replacement my family member can visit VI store with all the documents , help!!

    @ViCustomerCare Shut ******** up man. You yourself don't use Vi. Your team can't do ****. If you want to do something then install more towers. But your broke *** company can't afford it. Poor company with a very poor network. That's what Vi is! Don't lie to us with 4G.

    @ViCustomerCare You person Ms Palak called me and was if no assistance. .She says it's my decision whether I pay the bill or not and that Vodaphone can migrate people to high end plans as per their policy without calling the customer.They change the plan and then just send a sms.
