    @ViCustomerCare My Vi prepaid number has suddenly stopped working in Delhi. The SIM is detected by the phone, but there is no network signal and it shows No Service. I have tested the SIM in another phone as well, with the same issue. Please check and assist urgently. 8561031482

    @ViCustomerCare You have disconnected a number without cause or notification. Your customer care line puts me in queue and then disconnects after sometime. Your store tells me to call customer care.

    @ViCustomerCare You admitted the store agent’s error, yet my number 79765XXXXX is still suspended. No incoming/outgoing calls and no resolution. Kindly restore services immediately instead of giving contradictory responses.
