    @ViCustomerCare The issue is still pending. Zero data connectivity indor . I complained for a week but no resolution. Also close complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.

    @ViCustomerCare Please arrange for an engineer visit to my location at the earliest. This is my request, and I will wait only 10 days for resolution. Kindly take necessary action, or I will be forced to port my number to Jio @JioCare .

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I was promised the sim card two days back , KYC done , amount paid and now the sim card is cancelled and amount credited back to the account ! What sort of service is this @VodafoneIN_News ? I am an existing customer for last 20 yrs .....

    The @ViCustomerCare network in my area is so bad. Even though I have an active plan, callers are frequently told that my number is 'out of reach' or 'switched off.', even BSNL has improved its service here, yet Vi remains unreliable. Please look into this connectivity issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, My Vi POS number: 9921525822 Issue: Your Smart Connect app is asking to uninstall AMCB banking app to function. This is unacceptable as a recharge app should not interfere with other apps on the phone. Kindly investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @DoT_India It seems your support team has no coordination with the delivery team, as they are unable to provide any accurate status for my SIM delivery (Order ID: DCHD20042685728). You promise 24-hour delivery? It’s been 5 freaking days!!!

    @JioCare I have 2 Jio SIMs in my family and both are facing serious internet issues at my home. The speed is very poor and the network is unstable. I also want to port my @ViCustomerCare number to Jio, but current service quality is stopping me resolve this urgently. 1|2
