@adhirasy @ViCustomerCare Before two year fed up with thr customer care call I went to there prahladnagar centre and they told me that there is a waiting for two hours. I initiated network portability to jio thinking that nothing can be worst than voda. I am happy to be jio cust.

@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare This process have been followed for exactly 6 times but @ViCustomerCare has wrong consumer details in their system .I have applied via every govt ID still they are not able to issue new sim.There is mismatch every time due to their negligence while issuing SIM.

@JioCare i am facing downtime from morning. what is going on? its so frustrating. since @ViCustomerCare also has worst network in my area and they are just playing games with ppl as they didnt solve a 1yr old complain yet.
