    @ViCustomerCare Now it is very hard to keep balance in phone. You guys loot the balance every time without any reason or logic. when called your customer care they simply said there is no balance in your account. you start any pack without getting concern of user. worst user.

    @ViCustomerCare There are occasional delays & non delivery in getting otp related sms. I have had this problem in transactions from bank, paytm, google etc. Even otp calls do not work.

    @ViCustomerCare Now i woke up and its back network again if VI , Vi is best now a days in terms of plan and speed as compared to others but all night no network is worst specially at night time, Thanks and already done all steps mentioned in night but no result, Now ok

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 facing issue not getting OTP from BSES Rajdhani last 26 Dec. Connect Many times to customer care. But not get solution. Also very very poor signals in chattapur Delhi. Even in ground floor no signal. Please look

    @ViCustomerCare Such a lethargic and archaic response system who can’t even diagnose the problem. Your executive asked me to change the SIM instead and told me that my SIM was damaged. How ignorant can your staff be? No wonder the brand is diminishing in the market share.
