@ViCustomerCare you guys really sucks in terms of service in this pandemic situation. I told you on 15th May about my friend whose sim card stoped service abruptly without any reason. Her primary number is switched off out of no reason from last 4 5 days.

@ViCustomerCare it's been more than a week with me requesting a call back regarding an open complaint. And I have only seen a call come through once. The frequency of calling being once a day two days apart. I'm sure this can be done in a better way.
