    @DoT_India Is samchar sarathi built to help the customer or just another website/app to meet the telecom compliance ? I have raised a complaint for spam SMS/call. Provided the screen shot as well. @ViCustomerCare responded stating that they can't act bcoz there was no trace.

    @RVAGamingg @ViCustomerCare I want to try to but they got problem with adhaar authentication while I just brought Jio Fiber connection using same method

    @ViCustomerCare Still ZERO response from @ViCustomerCare after my DM. Even worse, the delivery agent contacted us and had the audacity to demand ₹150 for a replacement SIM for a faulty one you already delivered! This is daylight robbery & harassment. Fix this NOW. #Vi #CustomerService
