    @ViCustomerCare If any user raise network issue complient, your customer support people calling and telling we will not reslove the issue and saying don't comment on social media. Is this the way how you deal with complients ?

    @ViCustomerCare worst service provider. Since 3 days no 4G service down in Shillong. CC guys not willing to take complain. I m told it's a network issue and would take week to resolve. Extend validity of data pack for no network period.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi team, I appreciate the benefits of Vi, but from last 2-3 days I was facing internet issue and from today morning itself there is a network issue which is still not resolved. Please take appropriate actions soon

    @JioCare I would like to make a suggestion/request. It would be nice if you would also provide double data, weekend data rollover and binge all-night like @ViCustomerCare . For this reason only along with the fact that I still have Rs 50 vouchers valid till 2022, it is my primary service.
