  @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare I have ported out my number to Airtel in September. Till the day of port-out, no outstanding amt was communicated to me. Of late, smses of outstanding amt are being sent to me, again without any itemized bill. Resolve the issue ASAP.

  @ViCustomerCare My Vi plan was suddenly changed without my knowledge to a plan that’s 3 times my plan I have been using for 11+ years. No mail, call was ever made about the same. Network is deteriorating day by day and so are the services. I’m not going to pay this faulty bill!
