    @ViCustomerCare @RossLeno In future we don't hire your services as service provider VI is the lowest rate. We don't give reference to anyone who hired a VI postpaid connection .Surat Area Sales manager and other Sales staff they all are bed service providers as my rating for sales and services is ZIRO(0)

    @ViCustomerCare worst customer service. I tried to port from VI to @reliancejio The VI Customer care Ms. Shayna cancelled my port request on her own. Ms. Shayna Mumbai office said shes calling from Jio and cancelled my Jio Port request. Asked to msg CANCEL followed by mobile no.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't have word to say about ur service. It's totally poor since last 2 days and 2day as well internet isn't running. It's say Limited access. R v paying advance for such poor service? My entire group facing same. If u can't solve then let
