    @kamalsh9694 @ViCustomerCare I know right ? They charged ₹999 to continue my Amazon prime services and now I can’t access my prime account ! They have been anyway harassing majority of their customers. Suppose it’s time to switch to a better network

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Customer care Team ! Please help in resolving complaint # 3- 103707384327. This issue has been not closed since 9th April 2021. Made 6 visits to the store, not help at all.. I have been using Vodafone from past 11 years. Never faced any issues.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi I don't get network in my home. Till date I was working from office so was not facing much problem but now working from home and I even can't make a single call due to network problem. Please look in to this.

    @PANKAJ23883850 @ViCustomerCare They have been changing my family plans at their own will. Complained to them almost 50 times. Yet again they change the next day. I lost all my roll ever data. Plus now they deducted charges for Amazon prime but I can’t login to access my account !
