    @DoT_India @TRAI @ViCustomerCare 2/2 I paid the fees subscribed the service but they are not giving me the actual VM box number where I shall forward my call to receive call in that while I am not reachable. If this service doesn't exist they should remove from website as well as return my money.

    dear @vodafone @ViCustomerCare from yesterday i am getting continuous pop up of some advertise through sms. i am harrassed by this. number is +918291161623. kindly solve or i will throw out your sim. active DND on my mobile. dont want any value added service.

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare I am still clueless about the international roaming. Do arrange a callback from someone who can explain better. I have shared my alternate number. Response from bot is not helping here. I am bound to port the SIM to other Network if issue persist

    After being a loyal @ViCustomerCare customer since 2007 I ported out. This was followed by a number of calls which came too late. They are only worried if we are using their app or not! How can an app work on no network?

    @ViCustomerCare #portfromvi before it's too late @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup On 27th October, I travelled gaya to Patna to do sim verification and waste my whole 1 day because it's journey of 250+ km with public transport and now vi customer care Anita Kumari said visit vistore again.
