    @ViCustomerCare Day by day vi network getting so much problem in internet speed and also some times it get out of network. Vi are not taking users problem seriously.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare I am porting from Jio to Vi a week ago and till now I am not able to call vi customer care, it tells me to complete tele verification, when I try to use vi app and try to sign in, there is a problem.

    @ViCustomerCare for the last 4-5 days, I am not able to connect to internet on my phone, I have already raised a complain, and it was supposed to be resolved by today 1pm , however it's 8 pm and nothing has been done. This is very bad customer experience 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port vi sim but I can't able to port it. Whenever I send message it give me this message UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.
