    @ViCustomerCare On ₹579 plan, data cuts from 2GB limit & stops when over, despite full 5G signal. Done all steps told by your executives. Don't blame my 5G phone, signal is full. This is your backend mapping glitch. Fix it ASAP! #Vi5G

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I would like to inform you that the network and internet issue with my corporate Vi SIM is still unresolved even after raising the concern earlier. Due to continuous call drops and poor internet connectivity, my field work and communication are getting affected regularly.

    Still waiting for a proper resolution/refund despite sharing all details, tickets, and explaining that SIM exchange is not possible because the original owner is outside India. Requesting Vi to please resolve the matter fairly. @ViCustomerCare @nch1915 @ConsumerVoiceIn

    @ViCustomerCare no 5 g network is coming in my own, I have checked using the app also, everything is compatible, this area is also having 5g connectivity

    @ViCustomerCare Even my wife got irritated bcoz of 5-6 calls every day to convince us. If rather than call us, u could have delivered the SIM on time then probably your teams shouldn't have to give excuses every time calling us. Very Pathetic service mindset
