    @ViCustomerCare Hi Sir Today I called vodafone customer care from 9913470777 on 13 3 2022 at around 10/5 hours customer care asked for information in which customer care asked me my date of birth and my alternate number which I gave and I gave my other number 97 238 15090 asked

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I ported my SIM to Vi about a week ago. Today I found “When unreachable” call forwarding active WITHOUT my permission to an unknown number. I never enabled it. Please investigate and explain this. I will file a cybercrime/police complaint with evidence.

    @ViCustomerCare Do not write fake response on social platfotms,…if u can’t fix accept it..call me to discuss. Your team was committed 900 bill including GST for 3 connections while porting out from Jio to Vi and same thing was followed in Vi bills. Pls get it checked asap and call me to resolv

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks. I’ll DM my Vi & alternate number. But this is a genuine village-wide need, not a personal request. 📍Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 has no proper tower; homes, streets & rooms suffer weak signal. Please conduct an on-ground survey and assess tower feasibility.

    @ViCustomerCare My phone has 5G support, but I'm only getting 3G or 4G speeds. Why is this happening, and when will this problem be fixed? I've been having this problem for a while, and it's still showing 3G speeds. Am I using a free SIM card? And you guys say it's a 30-day recharge,

    Is vi network not working in bihar sharif pincode 803101 or it's sim issue? From yesterday I m not getting proper tower it's coming and going and after aeroplane mode it comes but again goes away can u check and confirm? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi, I am currently at Jabalpur railway station. Vi's network here is so poor that I can't even tell you. 5G is not even available. When will Vi solve its network issue?
