    @ViCustomerCare sir i have done 39 recharge then done 10TT recharge then also i can't send message.n after calling customer care they told u have to do 49 or more recharge..then u can send message so what kind of policy it this.u r thinking ur customer a duffer or what....

    i'm from bhadohi (uttar pradesh) have been using vodafone for 7 years but from last 1 year 4g doesn't work completely i have made several complaints but no action has been taken yet. if this will not get resolve i will switch to airtel. @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViVodaidea

    @ViCustomerCare - Have Ported Out of your network because of pathetic service. I have received more than 30 calls in 18 hours asking me to stay. This is getting out of hand. If I receive even 1 more call, I will complain to consumer court against you for harassing customers.

    @ViCustomerCare And this is how the customer service works I was supposed to get a call from you guys, till date no one called though I have given my alternate number my vi number and if you want I can still give more numbers where you can contact me. But that is if you know the importance of us
