Hello! Your SR with ref no GUJ-V0100460xxxx is re-opened & will be processed by 09 Aug 22 01.35 PM. For further assistance, dial 199. On initial complain 2nd Aug 22 & same case today "RE-OPEN", earlier they ask me to wait for resolution by/till 8th. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

Last 2 weeks it shows low network connection, poor signals,ground floor, inside home or even if you go out on street to talk. How about other part of India? @ViCustomerCare I complaint on 2nd and am asked to wait till 8th. But even poor network and services is turning worse

@ViCustomerCare Threatening litigation / someone's CIBIL, sending a WhatsApp notice without official authorisation letter, asking to visit store / Lok Adalat. All of it is shady at best, illegal at worst. Plus to do it to someone on a 1000₹ postpaid plan clearing all dues in time is ridiculous!
