    I've been using mobile networks in India since 2007, and in all these years, I have never experienced service this bad. I’ve used different network providers over the years, but the level of poor connectivity, inconsistent service, and lack of reliability I'm experiencing now is honestly frustrating. Mobile connectivity has become an essential part of everyday life, and customers deserve a network that actually works when they need it. Paying for a service and constantly struggling with basic connectivity is simply unacceptable. This is, without a doubt, the worst mobile network service I have ever experienced in nearly two decades of using mobile networks. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare my number is showing “no service” since last two days. It happened last week and started on its own. Not again same thing. Work n personal life is getting disrupted because of this.

    @ViCustomerCare my wife went to get duplicate sim in model town jalandhar office and the executive there send request ti port her jio number also to vodaphobe without explaining her all the details. Now she wants us to visit again to her office. Pathetic service

    Fix the network or let me leave. Generate my UPC immediately. After 4 months of this bullshit, I’ve had enough. I’m done with this company. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks. I’ll DM my Vi & alternate number. But this is a genuine village-wide need, not a personal request. 📍Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 has no proper tower; homes, streets & rooms suffer weak signal. Please conduct an on-ground survey and assess tower feasibility.

    @ViCustomerCare I threw away that SIM as that was unsuitable, difficult to remember. I wanted to take a better connection BUT your customer care is extremely rude, disconnecting the call from time to time. Kindly give contact of your manager, time availability and name.

    @ViCustomerCare You have the 3rd class , and double standard services, your198 customer care executive said, i can make calls and sms with talktime recharge,Then today i recharged 10Rs For sms,now they saying it not possible for sms with talktimerecharge you can use it for call
