    @ViCustomerCare cheating customer I have done recharge 1499 on 24 Nov 21 I have to get unlimited talk time , data 24 GB validity up to 13 Jul 2023, But data validity 23 Nov 2022 Request extend validity up to 23 Nov 21 as per your advertisement. Do needful

    @rmstakkar @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare Still waiting for resolution. By the way, i didn't understand that normal prepaid customer can get quick service at you care center & the postpaid corporate customer that paid you huge bill every month struggling for just a tiny task.

    @ViCustomerCare unable to sent SMS, raise 2 service tickets for that , got messages that the issue was resolved , after that when I try send SMS it's still same problem, not expected this service from VI.
