Mehul Chopra (@MehulC) reported@ViCustomerCare VILPower has the most unsupportive and non responsive support that I have ever seen. I am running behind them from the last 4 days to just get a damn header registered for OTP SMS. They are rejecting for all invalid reasons. Complete harassment game.

I tested it myself with the same device, network, and location, just switching between different plans. Postpaid versus prepaid showed a huge difference in internet speed.
