@ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I just saw some VAS got activated in my account and an amount of INR 30 has been deducted. I want to discontinue the service and since I am reporting within 24 hours, I want my refund back. You guys just need an excuse to loot the customers....😡😡😡

@ViCustomerCare Hi VI, really disheartened by your repeated VAS auto activation services. Last time the same happened for which i had to req for DND and today again my balance got deducted for some stupid VAS offers🙏😭 or else port will the last option.

@VodafoneIN Hi, I gave a complain about network in my area. It was closed without even asking my feedback. The network team didn't even visit the locations I complained about and determined them selves that the issue is not there. But in fact the service is still bad.

Team @ViCustomerCare, Recently I activate the option for Amazon Prime. And it is valid for 6 months. It based on Auto renewed method. I want to cancel my subscription before it gets auto renewed. Amazon says Vi will have the control to cancel/Re-new.
