    @ViCustomerCare this is really disgusting. You people domt have a single sms plan for combo plans? Y should a customer buy huge plans for sms. Now i am not able to add my bank for upi. Will port my sim to jio or bsnl better

    @ViCustomerCare I am not at all interested in your useless information. Keep it with you. Just resolve the issue and provide better service. I am repeatedly complaining and waited patiently for 6 to 7 months. In return I get the same useless information and problem still continue.

    @ViCustomerCare One of my friend is not able to make any calls. While getting any incoming or outgoing call, after 30sec there is no voice audible. Could you please help me on this?

    I had converted my 9776663123 vi no from postpaid to prepaid. It would be refund of 176.09 rupees but today i got only 149 rupees in main balance . For this query i want to connect your customer service but they did not cooperate me. Rubbish👎 @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ram4817 @VodafoneIN @Airtel_Presence Atleast I can talk to someone. Using Vodafone since 3 months and there is a continuous call drop in every after 30 seconds. I dnt think it will take 3 months to resolve one issue. Atleast using airtel I can talk to someone more that 1 min. Pathetic service Vodafone.

    @VodafoneIN plz shut down entirely or allow us to request #goi to auction your company. Call drops are a normal scenario these days and was attending a very imp call meanwhile the call dropped for 5 times . #highlydissatisfied #shame #Vodafone

Why am I being penalised and harassed for information gap between you and your other employees ? 3.     @ViCustomerCare Internet down since 6AM today. 2 times gave call to customer care. they are saying system is upgrading. Why VI upgrading system in morning peak time, why it cant be done in mid night just like Banking sector.

    @yabhishekhd @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare operators are already doing something like this. I tested it myself with the same device, network, and location, just switching between different plans. Postpaid versus prepaid showed a huge difference in internet speed.

    @ViCustomerCare How unprofessional, my complaint is closed without any proper resolution stating that it was just a temporary glitch, while still im facing the same problem, I have all the call recordings and proofs of the issue which is still persists. It's better to port of this pain.
