    @ViCustomerCare Wrong information by your customer support made me recharge rs 50 for service validity who's gonna compensate for that??? @ViCustomerCare Even having main balance i cant send sms,have to recharge 128rs again to activate sms service, hell man What kind of scam is going on?

    @ViCustomerCare Kono solution er dorkar nei. Port korbo. Already local shop er sathe katha hoye gache. 22 tarikh port korbo r ei month er moddhe shob family members er number o port korbo. 1 post paid, 3 prepaid. Onk complain korar por o kono solution or improvements nei.

    @ViCustomerCare I regret to inform both my vi postpaid nos are out of service since last 2weeks although my payment is up-to-date. There is no resolution to my complain since last 7days. My nos are linked to Aadhar and bank. Vi is out to cheat customer by collecting monthly
