    @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again

    Seriously? @ViCustomerCare No 4G since morning in my location metro tier one City, โ€” only crappy 2G outside and zero signal at home. Your app wonโ€™t even let me raise a ticket. Not just me โ€” 10 people in my building are offline. Fix this NOW. #ViDown

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Shruti ma'am. Now limit for dm is over. When recharge is pending you continuously msg and call the users to do recharge. So why I should not update your service on daily basis? No network then refund my money. Or its ur duty to provide network. It's been 4 months w/o network
