    Disappointed @ViCustomerCare ₹749 + taxes charged as Intl. roaming while I was in Sikkim (India). Last month's bill had similar charges too, which I unknowingly paid. Complaint raised, but bill is due in 3 days while resolution is in 5. A loyal customer for 15+yrs DM me for dtls

    Hey .. yesterday i recharged on my number with 349rs..as my sim was not in use since so many days so I recharged but my sim is not showing network..my money was deducted @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare If you have a practical solution, please provide it. Otherwise, I will switch to another operator next month. Customers should not be paying full charges for a service that your own team admits it cannot adequately provide.

    @ViCustomerCare You check my previous complaints. You have everything. Just don't do time pass. Do some work go to previously provided information. Note: this not problem for single or specific locations. For how many places I give details like house no. etc.

    @ViCustomerCare See I’ll port out my sim to Jio just 38days left in 90days of cool down period, so I request don’t deactivate my SIM card without my consent, i can’t be a customer of such pathetic company but bcz 90 days of cool down period is there else I might not stay 1 sec on vi network

    @ViCustomerCare No network tower solution in Delsar, Dahod for 6+ months. Poor signal, call drops & slow internet. Multiple complaints, no action. Please resolve urgently. #Dahod

    @ViCustomerCare Please take action urgently . 5G Network with 3 Bar but Internet with in 10kbps speed. Some time Network fully vanish . Even after Network serch not show any VI network.

    I purchased 3 Vi postpaid numbers and paid a total security deposit of ₹900. However, I still haven't received my security deposit refund. This is disappointing. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. @ViCustomerCare
