    @ViCustomerCare very poor customer service, trying to connect with an agent from the past 1 hour, IVR is not allowing me to speak with an agent. Pls let me know how can i speak with a representative.

    @ViCustomerCare subscription and activation records lies with Vi, not the customer. Also, instead of asking me to prove that I did not use the service, please check your own system records and verify whether I actually used Vi Movies & TV or watched any content through this subscription.

    I had a thought why jio and airtel are successful as compared to @ViCustomerCare . Then i placed new sim request with VI & now i have all the answers. 2 days no updates, amount paid , no. selected but still waiting for my sim card at last fed up with service i canceled my order

    @ViCustomerCare I did a ₹299 recharge on 16-07-2026 and another recharge on 30-07-2026. However, my plan is showing expired today. Why hasn't the queued recharge activated? Please look into this and resolve the issue urgently. #ViHelp #ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare You said in DM "we would greatly appreciate it if you could share more details about the exact issue". My question:- what details you want? This is not enough for you if I said" incoming voice is not coming " ? OR just again for time pass and formality you just replied? @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare “we are reviewing the concern.” Either resolve the issue with a proper written explanation and reverse the disputed charge, or clearly tell me that Vi is refusing to resolve it.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Sufiyan, Sudeep, Palabi — same script. The issue is public. Vi is allowing marketing calls from regular numbers. Regulators are failing to enforce. Fix it in the open, not in private chats.

    @ViCustomerCare VI is heavily missing customer service. I called up 199 & they said they can not deactivate the no., I will have to visit VI store. We had already gone to VI stores, ane they said to call 199 May because of such things VI is making losses. Time to go back to Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare It’s been 4 months since I’ve been facing this issue, and I’m 100% sure it’s not going to be resolved anytime soon. I’ve just been assigned another ticket, and I’m pretty sure this one will also be closed without providing any actual solution.
