  @ViCustomerCare , I've already got my lost SIM barred, but I'm being asked to visit a Vi Store for a duplicate SIM. I live in a rural area with no nearby store and, due to health issues, I'm unable to travel long distances. If Vi can send representatives for new SIMs, why not 1/2

  I did not make any payment for the First Recharge (FRC) because, at the time of porting, the retailer informed me that I would receive one month of unlimited recharge free as a porting benefit. Therefore, I was not asked to make any payment. However, my services are still not working and your system shows that the FRC is pending.   Dear @ViCustomerCare, VI 5 G vi 5g not work properly in Delh. In some area 5g network doesn't work. In downloading Video and image, it takes more time. It happens with me not know about others. 4G works properly.
