    Hey @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup , really having a hard issue with my internet and even to some extent, call drop in my area. getting a speed 0.1mbps. Even Google doesn't open. All other places nearby are not having this problem. Please resolve it ASAP! I stay in palaspalli, bbsr

U can check my tweets where I hav been asking dem how they charge their postpaid customers fr the days where they don’t provide any service. Bt they just use their AI technology to give some reply.     @ram4817 @VodafoneIN @Airtel_Presence Atleast I can talk to someone. Using Vodafone since 3 months and there is a continuous call drop in every after 30 seconds. I dnt think it will take 3 months to resolve one issue. Atleast using airtel I can talk to someone more that 1 min. Pathetic service Vodafone.

    I tried many time i thought it mabe my phone problem i reset also i puted my dad sim and Google Pay it's working properly i think it's SIM problem now are day Google Pay is necessary need if you didn't fix i have to port my Sim back to Jio. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Customers in Piplani, Bhopal (MP) are facing severe network issues. Despite number of complaints, issue is not resolved. Please help. We dont have option other than porting. After enquiry i came to know that vi has not paid dues and BHEL seized their mobile tower.
