    @ViCustomerCare Hi VI, really disheartened by your repeated VAS auto activation services. Last time the same happened for which i had to req for DND and today again my balance got deducted for some stupid VAS offers🙏😭 or else port will the last option.

    @VodafoneIN Very disappointed with the network for the past 2 weeks. Lodged a complaint @ store already for #2G internet when we're paying for #4G No resposes to the complaint yet. Would request for Vodafone Orissa Circle to kindly look into this.

    I had converted my 9776663123 vi no from postpaid to prepaid. It would be refund of 176.09 rupees but today i got only 149 rupees in main balance . For this query i want to connect your customer service but they did not cooperate me. Rubbish👎 @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @VodafoneIN Madam/Dear Sir, Please refer to my complaint number 3-20907569677 regarding non-availability of 4G services at Bhubaneswar areas (PIN Codes-751022 and 751001). My complaint is not resolved by even appellate authority but a FALSE CONFIRMATION thru sms is sent to me

    @VodafoneIN the network is degraded and I could not even connect a call in one go. Even the Internet at my home always shows E(2G) and never 4G speed is achieved. My father pays heavy bills for 4G and do not get the same @DoT_India please take appropriate steps & help me.

    @VodafoneIN poor service continues from your side. I just received "we are working on the issue and will be resolved soon" from your side but trust me nothing happened from your side to improve network strength and the 4G speed is not achieved . What's the reason for poor service

    @TRAI @rsprasad @Idea @VodafoneIN sir my idea postpaid number suddenly disconnected. Called the customer care and got reply of deactivated my Idea sim. I don't know what's happening even I paid all the bills and the Delhi customer care executives aren't picking call since 30 mins

    @ViCustomerCare My vi sim automatically stopped working. No external damage, no warning. Vi store says that old sims stop working after a few years. Shouldn't there be a warning for the users? Especially in today's age when most of the accounts including banking depend on phones?

    @ViCustomerCare For Vi to Vi change: So many rules For porting over to Vi: One sms Does this make sense? Why is the service for existing customers always so much worse than a potential/new one? Getting a new sim - you can start using it in minutes Whereas for these issues - hours/days long wait.

    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer visited the location, checked the network personally and confirmed that there is a genuine issue. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.
