The network team didn't even visit the locations I complained about and determined them selves that the issue is not there. But in fact the service is still bad.

Got new SIM to upgrade from 2G to 4G, was assured by the store staff that it will be activated within 1 hour, already past 4 hrs still waiting. Upon calling IVR, response is they haven't received any request yet.
