I visited mini store they told me it will be continued in 3 4 hours. But it's been 3 days. They are not picking phone now. Called customer care multiple time but their response is not satisfactory. @ViCustomerCare how can you link a individual connection to other's groups.

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia I bought a postpaid connection from Vodafone mini store in dhampur u.p. .They gave me a sim on my name but linked it into a wrong group. Now the primary customer did not pay the bill but they have disconnected my connection.

@ViCustomerCare U guys have pathetic servc No customer support available neither on Phone nor through web/app EVEN BSNL is bttr dan u. 198 /199 never allows to select option for connecting with Customer care . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think I should come back 2 u.

@ViCustomerCare Vi is worst , I have already confirmed my previous operator mobile payment, previous operator also confirmed the payment by msg, but My Vi postpaid num barred from 8 days, called 199 5 times but not helpful . Regreting to port into Vi 👎
