@ViCustomerCare Hi Aisha, The reason is that whenever I have raised a concern u ve sent a template message like the above but done nothing. Ur service is very bad. Most of the time ppl trying to call me get number switched off or out of coverage area. My phone is on the other hand shows full bar

@ViCustomerCare Without SMS facility what is the use of your connection. It would be better removing the SMS (outgoing) facility in small recharge plan give 5 to 10 SMS facility for emergency use. As all know now a day less consumers are using SMS facility all give preference to WhatsApp.
