  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is running a scam where they pull customer in to a Family Plan and then prevents from letting then leave it. I have been trying for almost a week now. Paid all the bills. But they are not deactivating it. Always say wait for 24-48 hours. @jagograhakjago

  I had a thought why jio and airtel are successful as compared to @ViCustomerCare . Then i placed new sim request with VI & now i have all the answers. 2 days no updates, amount paid , no. selected but still waiting for my sim card at last fed up with service i canceled my order

  @TRAI Extremely disappointed with @ViCustomerCare customer service, unresolved complaints, no accountability, and zero response to genuine grievances. This level of negligence shouldn't be tolerated. @TRAI, please take strict action against Vi for consistently failing consumers
