  Worst Customer care service by @ViCustomerCare at the Brahma Majestic store of Vodafone. Their agent named Azhar was arrogant, aggressive and almost abusive. Such a shame, who will want to do any business with you. I felt so humiliated....@VodafoneGroup

  @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I have similar issue where my plan is changed without asking .inrestingly, I was been told by vi support that the plan will not change and when I ask them why it happened, they say show us proof that we said that .The cio are in the loop but no one brothers to take any action.

  @ViCustomerCare I have a 2 postpaid connection before 3 days, network issue crate wholes last 3days no service in my sim .(both) numbers.
