    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I am in Vodafone Store ( Maninagar, Ahmedabad, India) to replace Sim.I have been waiting for half an hour. No customers leaving their counter out of 5 counters. Don't know the issue with executives.

    @ViCustomerCare After 15 years of association I'm moving to Airtel. Apalling International roaming service, I was left in a lurch thrice in 6 months in a foreign land with no network connection inspite of following all due diligence. Shocking!!

    @ViCustomerCare Visited to ur store yesterday by 7 pm to know available plan details to change my VI plan, representative told to come tomorrow as they don’t hv SIM and store is closing. Wow what a service, i hv to port my number is best option.
