@ViCustomerCare Yesterday I ported my vi sim card from postpaid to prepaid and after that my call service stopped working I called the #vodafoneidea and they said thay you issue will be resolved after 2 hr which is a very long time still I waited for 2 hr

@ViCustomerCare Oh thank you but when I said #Network problem I thought that was self sufficient and explanatory! Ok, there is very little and at times no network in my area of Sector 110 Noida! 4G - very little, 3G at times none!

@ViCustomerCare After paying all your dues and receiving clarity as to the fact that the bill was zero .I called up your customer care and they informed me the next day after paying bill that no dues are left. It was then only after getting fedup I put up the porting out request.

I was requested many times but no any proper solution received from @VodafoneBiz @ViCustomerCare They treated idea accounts very badly! Your eSIM Issue related request dated 20-Jul-2022 03:40:56 PM with reference number C004-134154153294 is registered.@MIB_India please help 🙏🙏

@ViCustomerCare do you really care about customers problem with your service. You always ask same question with different support agent. You are just pretending that you really care about my(customers) Problems. If You can't fix the problem then just say it. Don't waste my time.

After 2 hr my problem was same I again called #vicustomercare and they again said me to wait for 2 hr but again the problem was as it is and today Just a min ago I again talked to the customer care executive and they agai said to wait for 2hr what can I do now worst service
