    @ViCustomerCare no internet speed since yesterday evening. I can't even send a message on WhatsApp nor can I raise a complaint on the app. App doesn't work even when using wifi. I've tried everything and but issues still persists.

    @ViCustomerCare When TRAI is encouraging for digital process who are you to ask me to visit VI site. You should answer me why you are not providing clearance for my MNP request. @TRAI Please look into the matter seriously for harassing the customer

    @ViCustomerCare My experience with VI is getting worse day by day. Network connectivity have been declining ever since i moved from one place to another. Currently im not getting any tower in Chatra district & my 3 months plan is getting wasted.What should i do ? Stay or port?
