@ViCustomerCare You guys are astonishingly incompetent and just plain bad in understanding what a customer is saying. Zero clue what the customer is asking via email, DMs or phone calls. Just sending standard template responses.

Horrible service of #VodafoneIdea @ViCustomerCare in recharging data pack of prepaid customers. They always show validity expired one day earlier. Also their 4G network often fumbles.
