Dear @ViCustomerCare, please stop harassing me. I decided to port to Airtel. Since yesterday, there are 50+calls received. Please put this effort when complaint is raised. Not after a customer decides to switch. Pathetic!

@ViCustomerCare Error in sending SMS to all networks. I often use online payments and UPI, so I cant registered my mobile number to those apps. Complaint registered through Vi app, but dint get any response. Please look into this matter ASAP.

@ViCustomerCare I want to change from vi postpaid to prepaid. So I went to your store and applied. But I received message that my POI/POA is not clear, so Rejected. I again went next day and applied . Again Rejected. Very Poor service. I am thinking to switch to another network.

@ViCustomerCare This is not the first time this abs happened. Services get processed at random and we have to waste time trying to reach a customer care executive. Not to mention the fact that our balance gets deducted without our approval.
