    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India No. I will not delete the numbers. They are Vi numbers used for marketing spam. You want the proof gone so the complaint disappears. Disconnect them instead of hiding them.

    @ViCustomerCare I initiated the process. Payment for prepaid plan was also done but then at swlf kyc stage the page was unresponsive and not able to resume. Can you please help? I have the order number.

    @ViCustomerCare very disappointing experience while visiting your store. The person who represented Vodafone doesn’t know how to understand customers requirement. Wasted my time, unable to get in touch with your customer care due to bots - request reference no. KAR-V02181694174

    @ViCustomerCare My Missed Call Alert service is already active as confirmed by your 199 customer care team. However, the Vi App is still showing 'Not Subscribed' and asking for ₹30 again. The phone support executive also refused to log my complaint. Kindly look into this technic
