For your information we have two Vodafone towers in the range of 500mtrs..our company has provided space for two towers But still your service is worst..

Rajesh (@Rajesh_Mum) reported@ViCustomerCare I faced challenge with soft sim of Vi, it either works on GSM or LTE/5G. When you get phone call hotspot doesn’t work. Not sure whether this issue is resolved now?

However, in the smaller villages, your towers are located at a distance of 3.5 to 4 kilometers. Consequently, network coverage is very poor. Therefore, smaller towers should be installed in these small villages as well.
