    @VodafoneIN Dear Customer, with reference to your Network Complaint C004-81239451779, we have ensured maximum possible signal optimization from the existing cell site to your location. We ensure you periodic maintenance activity to enhance signals. Big lie... No improvement.

    @VodafoneIN Calling me is not proper solution ,coz u won't be able to hear me properly due to poor network ... For your information we have two Vodafone towers in the range of 500mtrs..our company has provided space for two towers But still your service is worst..

    @ViCustomerCare my wife went to get duplicate sim in model town jalandhar office and the executive there send request ti port her jio number also to vodaphobe without explaining her all the details. Now she wants us to visit again to her office. Pathetic service

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve shared my details with you twice via DM, but still haven’t received any response. Are you guys seriously fooling customers? This is extremely frustrating . If this can’t be resolved, please help me switch my SIM back to my previous operator @TRAI

    Dear @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Vi mobile number 86818851**. I did not recharge the SIM for around 40 days. After that, the SIM was activated, but now when I try to recharge, the available plans are showing as “Invalid”.
