    @VodafoneIN Calling me is not proper solution ,coz u won't be able to hear me properly due to poor network ... For your information we have two Vodafone towers in the range of 500mtrs..our company has provided space for two towers But still your service is worst..

    @varchashva @ViCustomerCare Bhai inse ni hoga ...tu local store chla ja ..within 15 min tujhe solution mil jaega ..... My suggestion is to go for a port out in prepaid for the hassle free process.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been using Vodafone Postpaid plan more than 5 years. Because of your pathetic customer service and irresponsible response, i am thinking to switch my service provider. I have raised an issue 4 days back, No resolution or update from your side.

    Instead of spending crores on ganpati pandal advertising improve ur network stability and issue of call drop ..worst network it's just a joke that it's Mumbai fastest network using it gives feel of 2g @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Dear @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare is everytime deducting mobile balance which is very strange and on VI mobile app not provide proper details about deduction This telecom company is providing awful service
