    @VodafoneIN Calling me is not proper solution ,coz u won't be able to hear me properly due to poor network ... For your information we have two Vodafone towers in the range of 500mtrs..our company has provided space for two towers But still your service is worst..

    @VodafoneIN Dear Customer, with reference to your Network Complaint C004-81239451779, we have ensured maximum possible signal optimization from the existing cell site to your location. We ensure you periodic maintenance activity to enhance signals. Big lie... No improvement.

    Even though I have unlimited recharge, @ViCustomerCare sim is giving no service since 2-3 days and now Vi store guy is saying either I will have to go to at same circle to replace it (from Delhi to Pune) or get it in postpaid!!!!🙄 There is no logic in this @ViCustomerCare 😖

    I think that @ViCustomerCare must give up telecom business and port all customers to @airtelindia as @ViCustomerCare cannot manage to take care of customers and mainly cannot provide proper network and solve the problem for more than last thirty months

    @ViCustomerCare I was facing network issues regularly and for that I visited Vi store. They suggested me to port to west bengal circle and issue will be resolved. I agreed and later for 3 days my old sim was de activated and even after inserting new sim I was not able to use.

    @ViCustomerCare improvement is not done even service got worst in my area after your every upgrade on network. Don't know what and how your teams are working for improvement as every upgrade in network cost the degrade. Make it work or i will be forced to port in jio.
