    @VodafoneIN Calling me is not proper solution ,coz u won't be able to hear me properly due to poor network ... For your information we have two Vodafone towers in the range of 500mtrs..our company has provided space for two towers But still your service is worst..

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, I activated a roaming pack last month before my trip to Egypt which did not work for the whole period. I reactivated another pack after speaking to a customer care rep, but now you have sent me a bill of 10 thousand rupees. Care to explain?

    @ViCustomerCare It's been 1Month, but still my issue is not resolved yet. My Internet is not working. I visit vi customercare store they saying they are also doing Complaint again and again to resolve this issue .but they just saying they Did'nt have any solution regarding Internet not working

    @vicustomercare what sort of services do you provide to prepaid customers! After taking payment, you are disconnecting services and then telling the customer that they will get connected after 48hrs! Useless! #vicustomercare #viservicesucks
