    @VodafoneIN Calling me is not proper solution ,coz u won't be able to hear me properly due to poor network ... For your information we have two Vodafone towers in the range of 500mtrs..our company has provided space for two towers But still your service is worst..

    @ViCustomerCare Today i have received message that incoming calls will stop on 31 aug 2021. I repeat again, i recharged with rs. 49 to extend validity for 28 days on 11 Aug 2021. 28 days will be completed on 07 September 2021. You are committing fraud and deficiency in service.

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my network to Vi on ..... and sadly I am regretting my decision since then . despite of calling your customer service It's been ...... Days since I am not getting any SMS. Due to which am Unable to do any online transaction . What a shame

    @ViCustomerCare Fraud team @ViCustomerCare where is the refund for all the 3 Vi numbers as promised by you guy's?? You're unable to fulfill your commitments as you're there for doing just fraud with the customers. Still waiting for the refund and resolution but you're worthless.

    @VodafoneIN is finding ways to lose customers. You need sms service to be active for sending sms for all phone apps. Now that VI has removed outgoing sms on basic validity plans, it leaves no option but to dump your crap service #DumpVI

    @reliancejio I been using jio postpaid sim from one year when I had problems with billing if I call customer care no proper response and if say I'm porting they will ok carryon worst service worst response from customer care now I'm choosing @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS
