@VodafoneIN Dear Sir my brother is employee of #PGVCL of government body,his number is 8866631944 change plan of 101 but Vodafone Jamnagar branch says that is not posible in regular customer,please immediately effect of this plan in this number.

@ViCustomerCare I have been promised if i add my mom’s vi number to my vi family plan then my mom’s previous bill of one month will be cancelled but after the procedure i am getting calls regarding previous bill payment of my moms vi number so i want to register my complaint !!🙄

@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Inspite of giving them phone number I haven't received any help. The call is not going through.I regret making Vodafone numbers as aadhar num and registered no of bank. No problem at all with @jio numbers.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Vodafone only knows not to resolve the problem,but in one thing Vodafone is very punctual and that is collection of bills from customers. Giving good Service is not in the policy of Vodafone.
