    @VodafoneIN Dear Sir my brother is employee of #PGVCL of government body,his number is 8866631944 change plan of 101 but Vodafone Jamnagar branch says that is not posible in regular customer,please immediately effect of this plan in this number.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vodafone, I have been waiting for a reply and solution for 3 days! My postpaid connection has been updated with higher rental, because you say the previous plan is removed! So, you gain customers by promising them a plan, and then upgrade them later and force us to pay more?

    @ViCustomerCare Overall Vi™ service: 1. Very Poor (Network connectivity & voice quality) all time in city areas of Maharashtra 2. Data getting off during calls 3. Only 100 SMS/Month instead of 100 SMS/Day for Postpaid users 4. Chargeable Caller Tunes & missed call SMS service

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, one of your employees cheated me and changed my existing plan to a upgraded billing plan 999 to 1699 at pretext of adding two phone numbers to my existing plan without charge. I would like to know where I can raise a complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare @bitbala If the plan has been withdraw so why the customer has to pay the extra amount. Do you know that I am capable to pay that extra amount. And today #VI increased 50 tomorrow it may be 500 or 5000 without #customer consents. I am not capable to pay that increased amount sorry 🙏🙏
