    I don't have any Bill Pending, why have my sim card been closed and your store in our city doesn't even give good pay service, how will it work? I have suffered a lot because of you, whose responsibility is it? @ViCustomerCare

    @VodafoneIN Dear Sir my brother is employee of #PGVCL of government body,his number is 8866631944 change plan of 101 but Vodafone Jamnagar branch says that is not posible in regular customer,please immediately effect of this plan in this number.

    @hegdepooja @airtelindia Madam will go to any other network because the problem with which you are bothered is in @VodafoneIN also these people only recharge means no concern to the network or the customer.Hope @TRAI do something and think about customer service.

    @VodafoneIN It was quick but no RESOLUTION. Vodafone gave lollipop of new site( since last 3 years) again. It was a upset.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, please cancel my port-in request and initiate a refund. While placing the request, I was shown that the SIM would be delivered by 1 July, but that deadline has passed. My UPC expires on 4 July.

    @ViCustomerCare Still ZERO response from @ViCustomerCare after my DM. Even worse, the delivery agent contacted us and had the audacity to demand ₹150 for a replacement SIM for a faulty one you already delivered! This is daylight robbery & harassment. Fix this NOW. #Vi #CustomerService

    Gross negligence by @ViCustomerCare! MNP SIM delivered on 8th June, active on 10th, but NO network. Cust care says "SIM is damaged, visit store." Why should a solo woman travel to another town because VI delivered a faulty SIM? ₹365 recharge wasted, 7 days lost! Fix this ASAP!
