    @VodafoneIN @TRAI Hello! Callertunes will be activated on your number within 15 minutes. This service is valid till 01-12-2019 and a 90 days rental of Rs.99 has been deducted. from whose approval/consent u r activating vas services

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service, I have been trying to update address since 2 months, even after multiple visit to store and serveral complaintsade to CC. All service requests have been closed with out updating the address. This is forcing me to choose other service provider.

    I think Vi is going to be shut down that's why they are not updating their system for morethen 24hours. In Last 24 hours i have called them nearabout 10times everytime the CCE told me to call after 15to20 minutes. I think I need to portout immediately. @ViCustomerCare
